Something i'd like to call, Bug Spray Mario. Basically this is being done for a competition at MFGG Forums. The concept is to create a new power-up for Mario, and I chose Bug Spray, in memory to our dear friend, and brother-in-arms, Stanley The Bugman. |

Yeah, Tarale, I really like the Aeries scetch. It'd be even sexier if it was finished  . I get the laziness too  ..so I haven't been practicing my skectching or anything really artsy related at all  except what I had to do in my drawing class which she still has  so I can't show it just yet. |

They say there's an exception to every rule. Well in this case the rule is, if it's art, I suck at it. (Maybe I should actually practice? ) The exception? 3D shapes and lettering. I can draw practically anything 3D, with shading, so long as it's not too complicated and doesn't have a lot of curves. (I do a wicked triforce, but don't have a pic handy.) Recently I've been doing Japanese Kanji (mainly Earth, Water, Wind and Fire; the 4 elements always seemed cool to me). Unfortunately all I have to take a pic with is this crappy webcam, so the pic looks crappy (not bad drawing, just bad quality) but it's nice and clean IRL.
The top is an overall view, then closeups of each. The 'water' closeup got messed somehow when I took the pic so you can't see the word 'Water' written above it. (The English words and - though you can't see it here - the cube that they're on a face of, were added later so they don't look as good as if I'd planned to have them there. I just drew, thought it looked good, and added detail. )
Usually, I'd use a ruler, but for whatever reason I didn't this time. (Lot of curves, for one.) My hands are a bit shaky at times, so I personally think that's pretty good for freehand.  My favourite is Wind, because it's complicated. (Though I tend to draw Fire everywhere, because it's simple. ) |

Ok this Psychobunny has been completed along with some changes done to it but not colored as I don't like to color my first artworks unless taking an art class. I still love this drawing! |
