DL content is just Icons thats are hidden throughout the game if you find them you win prizes.
Im playing the game a second time now making different decisions. I really love the music. |

I've finished it, and it was great.
A good, emotional story, a few plot twists, and enjoyable weapons.
Seriously, though, I was hoping it would be longer. All those years of production, and then I finished it in around a week.
Even with that, you can fortunatley download content from Xbox live(there's a two month trila that comes with it), and I'll be doing that this saturday. |

Why dont you just rent it, and then form an opinion, and not rely on your friends to tell you if a game is good or not.
i rented it, and im enjoying it right now, hopefully that wont change later on in the game.
It is most likely that he will become a god by the 3rd game, and re-create the human race and rebuild earth

i think that this game mightr be good, but i wouldn't buy it though i'd rather wait til my friends gives me an ineresting and great review to make me wanna buy it. |

I'm thinking of getting the PC version, seeing as I don't have an X-Box and how my PC kicks so much ass.
Seriously, the Orson Scott Card writing it is pretty much the selling point for me. I've only read two of his books, but they're good stuff. |

First of all NO info has been released on Advent 2. Second of all ADVENT SHADOW is a PSP game where you play as the girl.
Gideon is the main character in the entire trilogy, its just common sense dude. |

Anyway, I got it last saturday, and it ranks up with Halo, Half life 2, and many others. |

Ive heard its about 10 hours straight trhough. Which is a usual length for action games like this, but the ability to upgrade weapons and super powers along with the changing story line give it some replay value.
Also without this game you wont understand the next 2 which I have high hopes for. This game with some tweaks and polish could be AMAZING on the 360.
Along with Halo, Perfect Dark, and this XBox 360 could be the must have system for all out Sci-Fi gaming needs.

Im pretty far into the game now, ive got all 6 super powers and let me tell you...IM UNSTOPPABLE!!!!
Im seriously loving this game, I cant wait to see how powerful this guy will be by the end of the 3rd game. I mean Im pratically a God now and Im like half way through the first game!

Ok Ive played enough to say that the game is awesome.
You can switch to first person by pressing Back at any time...but why would you? 3rd person is where its at!!!
The action is fast paced and intence. You can use a combonation of any two guns you pick up ( I used dual rocket launchers for a while!!!) and the guns upgrade as you use them. For example my Machine Gun leveled up so I have mroe ammo and more firepower, I also leveled up the Alien version of the Machine Gun and it got an alternate mode where you shoot big plasma balls...the look like Green Spirit Bombs (DBZ).
I also drove a Dune Buggy across a desert it was fast and fun. With infinate boost!!!
The music and voice acting are fantastic in my opinion. Theres nothing better than classical music in the heat of an action packed battle.
The animation for the Seekers are slick, they can jump off of walls an attack you. Oh that reminds me, this one Seeker was really tricky so I punched him in his face knocking him to the ground, than I unloaded Dual Plasma Machine Guns on him. Can you say ownage?
The game has already made me make a big decision that will effect the rest of the games...but I wont spoil it  |

Well IGN's review was pretty different compared to Gamespy's, they praised this games sound, when Gamespy said the music get's really timid towards the end of the game.
But, I never really judge my thoughts on reviews, just saying what I've read so far.
It does look good, but I never really thought this would be a huge blockbuster hit. I'll probably rent it myself soon.

I only played for a little while but I think its pretty cool so far. The graphics arent top notch but they arent horrible by any means. The voice acting and soundtrack are amazing so far. I havnt really hit any heavy action yet but the little practice stuff was pretty fun.
I didnt get a great feel for the combat because the game uses a flick targeting system. You flick the R-Stick in the direction of an enemy and it locks on. The R-Stick is still used for camera as well. The problem I had was that my Controller is busted, so I had trouble flick targeting. Im gonna go get a new controller now and ill hopefully get through a good portion of the game tonight. ill tell you how it develops. |

Unfortunatley Blockbust didn't have it either, and I'm trading in six games for it.
I really hope Gamespy is wrong, because I got rid of Morrowind. |
