"So that's a no? ...I understand. It is the way of a warrior to be the lone wolf on many occasions... Well, good luck on your travels, and may Kyr'Shei's blessings shine on you. Bye!"

"Yes, thank you for healing the temple, too," the priest adds. "We'll keep you in our thoughts. ...Okay, Yiusi, let's go get you healed."

They walk to the town together, Yiusi with help, talking about Oracles.

"Oracle Energy is the power that flows through us Oracles. The Yiusi Ball is my Guardian Spirit, and it's made of Oracle Energy..."

"Interesting. Can we obtain any?"

"It has to be a gift from the Oracles. But you've been good to me, and Kyr'Shei will bless you and all of Indigo City for helping me, I promise."

"There's so much I've wanted to ask a real Oracle... Oracles have been my obsession since very young. But I've never talked to one. I feel my life has been fulfilled now."

"Well, there's also Tuxydon... He's another mortal Oracle like me, but his personality is WAY different..." By now they're too far away from the Temple to be heard.

EPILOUGE:

Yiusi stayed at the town, answering all the questions the townsfolk asked her, which was a lot. She then had to be moving on, and the citizens of Indigo City gave her many gifts on her travels-- food, equipment, and first aid, to name a few. She started on her way and promised the Priest to return someday when she was older.

Tuxydon had heard of what happened in Indigo City, and avoided the place for good. He didn't want to be treated special, he had quite a lone wolf personality, besides the Pheonix he hunted tried staying away from that place. He thought about going there, but decided against it, so none of the townsfolk from Indigo City ever met Tuxydon.

Kyr'Shei did indeed give his blessings to the members of Indigo City. That summer they had a beautiful harvest, and mysteriously a Krappa Tree, a rare tree containing Krappa Fruits which were said to be holy friut, began to grow at the edge of the hillside cliff. The Priest was convinced it was a gift from Kyr'Shei himself, and everyone agreed.

Sanigen was also blessed for healing the Temple. Though he was the one who busted it up in the first place, Kyr'Shei knew his heart, and knew he was a faithful ally to the Oracles inside... One day on his travels, Sanigen would find a treasure from the Oracles themselves-- a silver ring that offered slight resistance to elemental attacks for 1 battle. And when Sanigen would find that ring, Kyr'Shei would smile, looking down on the young warrior and praising him for helping one of his children grow and mature.

THE END

OOC: Excellent battle, man! Be sure to use the gift you received in one of your battles.

"I'm sorry for... the damage"

*Sanigen trys a new trick, to try and make up for the damage caused. He draws a small Hiamura Heal seal across the floor of the temple. The seal quickly spreads and covers the inside of the temple. a small rupture causes the crack between two halves of the Earth to form back into one, slowly sealing together. This happens to the temple as well, slowly re-forming the walls together. This makes it look as if nothing had happened, but Sanigen, Yiusi and every single one of the spectators knew of the tragedy that happened on this day, probably with the hope it will never happen again*

Something amazing happens.

Before Sanigen gets to attack the prsim, it shatters on it's own-- since Yiusi is unable to focus enough to maintain it! The shock of realization of Sanigen's condition had disrupted it-- making Yiusi vunerable to all four attacks!

Yiusi is slashed all 4 times without any means of defense. Everyone screams in horror as Yiusi, with 4 good cuts on her side, falls to a kneel.

Sanigen has won.

"You... You can't control your other form... You freed yourself from your evil side to save the High Priest... It all makes sense now... I'm so sorry... sorry for not realizing it..."

The Priest runs up to Yiusi. "Highness!" he says, panicked, "Please tell me you'll be alright!"

"It's fine, High Priest. And don't call me Higness. I may be an Oracle, but I'm mortal. I need to keep that in mind." She waves her hand at her wounds.

"I'm sorry, Yiusi! The temple is half-destroyed and all we did was stand and watch!"

"No, High Priest... you gave me your support. Today wasn't a waste... It was a victory. I lost the battle, but learned more about Spiritual Physics in the process. As Schwa always told me, 'A pure soul never dies'."

The High Priest turns to the onlookers. "Don't just stand there, fools! Let's get Yiusi to Indigo City! Yiusi, you'll be given the best healing treatment we have! Come!"

Half walking, half-carried by the Priest, she heads to Indigo City. But she turns around before exiting the temple and says, smiling, "Noble fighter, please accompany me. I want to get to know you more, if you don't mind."

*The glow around Sanigen begins to fade. Just before he manages to harm the priest at all, he is returned to his original form. Knowing full well what he has just done, he hits himself twice in the side of his head with the flat edge of his sword as self punishment*

"I'm... sorry..."

*Without wasting any more time, Sanigen continues the battle and jumps at Yiusi ready to strike the prism four times with his sword*

OOC: Oh yeah! I could use this to advance Yiusi's personal storyline. Thanks, man!

Everyone gasps in horror! Very quickly and quietly, the Priest prays, "Kyr'Sheibewithme." (Kyr'Shei be with me.)

And Yiusi is struck with fear. If she attacks, Sanigen may strike down and destroy an Oracle Temple High Priest, and it would be her fault.

But should she surrender? Should she just give up?

"What do you want?" Yiusi's voice speaks to Sanigen. She completely doesn't know what to do. 5 turns before they unmerge.

*Sanigen manages to move, but still gets a large blast in the left of his thigh. He lands on the floor quite close to the priest. He thinks very quickly then moves in such a way so he has his sword around the priest's neck almost instantly*

"If ANYONE makes one wrong move, the priest dies!"

OOC: Yes, but the Sine Wave field isn't ground-based, it's an air-based force field that continually damages and absorbs data from foes inside, and I also did mention that Yiusi's sweeping the beam constantly toward Sanigen should he try to move out of the way.

And about the priest... You could attack him, but if you do that I'd probably get the onlookers directly involved in the fight. It may be interesting, but risky for both of us (you because the battle gets harder, me because I have to write like an ace to keep the plot of the battle perfectly balanced).

Yiusi stops firing the force field and releases a thin, white beam of compressed Oracle energy, aimed at the chunk of ceiling. The beam pierces through it and heads on a direct course toward Sanigen. Should it hit, it would do heavy damage (actually it would do medium damage, but with all the data the Oracle energy absorbed it's much stronger now) to the target, but it would NOT absorb any data (since it's compressed).

The beam split the rock into smaller rocks, which each pelted the prism for partial damage. The prism looks damaged, that's for sure-- it's an orangeish-yellow in color.

(ooc: I'm floating in the air by 3 feet.)

*Sanigen keeps himself afloat, away from the field, then jumps up high and grabs onto the ceiling. He smashes a large chunk out with his sword, causing it to fall right over of the prism. He then kicks off from the remaining roof and attempts to kick the prism for even further damage*

(ooc: Can I do anything to the priest? I mean can I 'auto-hit' him?)

OOC: You never mentioned anything about the Sine Wave of Oracle Energy I attacked with. I'll assume that it hit you.

Sanigen's beam hits the prism, damaging it further. That's when someone in the crowd calls, "YIUSI, FIGHT!"

Another guy calls, "Yeah, GO YIUSI!"

Soon the whole crowd is going, "YIUSI! YIUSI! YIUSI!"

The Priest kneels and says quietly, "Stay strong, Yiusi."

Prism Yiusi is blown away from the sudden support she's getting from those believing in her. She keeps the energy field up harder, using intense concentration, making the field more powerful than ever.

The Lemming was nicked by Sanigen's attack and ran off, scared. 7 turns before they unmerge.

*Sanigen fires a large Kairu Pyro beam at the Lemming. He then crouches down and allows the glow surrounding him to glow slightly brighter. He unleashes a small amount of energy around him to first elevate himself by about 2 feet off the ground, and to slightly negate the damage recieved by the Oracle missiles. They strike him dead in the back, leaving sharp pains that the normal Sanigen will feel later. He gathers more energy and unleashes it, and he rises another few feet, then sends another blast of energy at the prism.*

This time, the Lemming leaps off it's tower on a collission course with the earth chunk. In midair, it takes out a pick axe and slices at the projectile, breaking it apart into small chunks. Only a few of the chunks hit the prism now and they don't do nearly as much damage as the origional projectile would have.

Since Sanigen was standing on the grid a while back for a small while, the Oracle energy flowing through Yiusi should be pretty jacked up in Attack Power by now. Prism Yiusi does 2 things: First it fires 3 more Oracle missiles into the air, sencond it warms up for a moment, then releases a wide field of Oracle-energy in Sanigen's direction, a field that moves like a sine wave (or cosine wave, however you look at it, lol ), which should continuously damage Sanigen as he's standing in it. The field should do some pretty good damage, too, with all the data Yiusi had gathered so far. And of course this field would also gather data as it is damaging the foe.

If Sanigen were to move out of the way, Prism Yiusi would sweep the field toward him again, trying her best to keep her foe enveloped as long as possible.

*Not listening or even caring about what the priest or Yiusi was saying, he repeats his last move taking anoth huge chunk of the foundations. Before he swings the rock he powers it with Kairu Earth to cause some elemental damage too. Meanwhile the real Sanigen now trapped inside this body is watching all the destruction, trying to break out*

Everyone gasps in horror at Sanigen's destructive deed!

The Priest walks up, enraged.
"You destroy sacred property of the Oracle God!!!"

And as if on cue, the ground begins flaring up with heat and lava again. Flames start erupting out of the ground around Sanigen, sent from the Oracles themselves. (OOC: I'll count that as this turn's attack.)

Meanwhile the chunk of earth slams hard into the Prism, inflicting great damage and shattering the chunk. But the Prism, though yellowish in color now, is still standing with over half it's stamina!

"Why do you destroy the property of Oracles? I know we're not Gods, but we're just as revered-- and this is holy property!"

"That's right!" the Priest screams. "You will be put to death by us if Yiusi doesn't finish you off first! Period!"

Angry screams of approval can be heard from the mob. But here's a question-- what ever happened to the Lemming?

It has built a tower by now, one that stretches 6 feet high, using the planks of wood from his backpack. He looks at the camera and smiles cutely. Hey, it's a Lemming, go fig.

*Sanigen immediatly jumps backwards away from the explosion, with it just touching his nose. He finally fully notices the watching people*

Why do we have to have these spectators? *Sanigen keeps creating a white field under him which he keeps jumping off, keeping himself off the grid. He brings the Kajaei Ultimaei symbol towards him and finishes it. The field below him dissapears and he is surrounded with the same bright light as before. He falls onto the grid, not taking any notice of the damage happening to him. The deep voice flows through Sanigen's lips*

"I've had enough of these little games..."

*Sanigen thrusts his hands through the ground, pulling it apart. It seems as if the entire Earth has been ripped in two, with an almost never ending pit to form inbetween them, and the temple splits perfectly in two. Sanigen removes a huge chunk of the foundations of the temple and throws it with incredible ease at Yiusi*

"GRAAAH!!!"

When the 3 missiles collide, a small burst of random element types that Sanigen has used against Yiusi so far in this battle, occurs. It's not a very big threat but it makes the crowd go "Ooh!".

The prism is struck all 4 times, of course, and each time it releases a small shockwave of Oracle energy automatically. The Prism is, with each hit, slowly changing from a rainbow/blue to a rainbow/green. You can see some of the blueish-turquoise starting to form.

Prism Yiusi takes it's charged-up electric energy and lowers the prism so it's lower spike touches the ground. Immediately a wide, cone-shaped grid of light cracks begins growing from the point of the Prism and spreading to envelop the ground Sanigen is standing on. Should Sanigen get caught in the grid, battle data will rapidly be transmitted into the Prism to strengthen Yiusi's attack and defense for the remainder of the battle, and Sanigen will rapidly recieve tiny amounts of Oracle-type damage.

Of course, this grid is useless if the foe isn't standing in it. The grid should fade after 2 or 3 turns, and in 10 turns Yiusi and the Guardian will unmerge.

*Sanigen crouches down and allows himself to recieve the blast of orcale energy. He feels his own energy suddenly drain. He struggles to stand up, taking his sword out at the same time. He then waits for the three energy missiles to dive down above him. When they are about a meter or so above him, Sanigen thrusts himself upwards inbetween the missiles, hopefully causing them to collide and negate each other. He creates a white field under his feet and jumps forward, closer to Yiusi. He draws the second part of Kajaei Ultimaei as he lands*

"For someone who... doesn't battle often... you sure do fight good"

*He blanks out as much of the pain as he can, then jumps forward, ready to swipe four times at the prism with his sword*

The Prism is struck perfectly for full damage. However, it barely looks phased at all.

And as soon as it is struck, it pulses once and releases a shockwave of Oracle-energy starting out as powerful as Sanigen's hit, getting slowly weaker as it ripples outward. The shockwave can't harm any of the summoned creatures, as well.

The prism is immobile and can't defend itself, but it has unbelievable stamina. Consistant strong attacks should eventually destroy it, and furthermore once it's destroyed, Yiusi will no longer be able to use her Yiusi Ball. But destroying the prism is NO easy task!

Meanwhile, the Prism automatically does 2 things simultaneously; first it launches three missiles of Oracle energy, which fly straight up and eventually spiral down to home in on Sanigen (like attack jet formations), second it begins to charge up electric energy.

The Priest holds his breath, wondering what will happen...

*Sanigen jumps up and lands on the weight, landing inbetween the spikes. He thrusts himself off and makes his way towards Yiusi, with his sword stuck out infront of him in a stabbing manner, drawing the first part of Kajaei Ultimaei again*

As Sanigen tries making his way to Yiusi, the Ptooie intercepts by tilting it's head sideways and swinging the weight in a crushing manner to block and injure Sanigen. The Lemming is doing something with a red backpack and planks of wood, but it's not clear what... The Tektite runs away from the battle for some odd reason.

And Yiusi finishes her transformation. The light clears, and standing before everyone is a rainbow-colored, slightly transparent prism, floating a foot above the ground, Yiusi hovering inside!

The crowd cheers and bows. The Priest bows too.
"Highness, I am not worthy..."

Yiusi talks to them in a telepathic voice. "It is okay. I'm still Yiusi, but I've become one with my Guardian Spirit for a while. Rise."

Prism Yiusi awaits Sanigen's next move. 12 turns and they unmerge.

*Sanigen couldn't let out a small snigger himself when he saw the Lemming step through the portal. He leaves the two summons alone and tries to make his way across to Yiusi before the bond reaches maximum to try and swipe at her head a few times*
