I quite like worms 3d, I use a m,ouse and keyboard and find it fairly easy to control, that wasn't the case before I found out the first person aiming button thingy  |

The game's good so far but it's... odd.  I was trying to control it through the keyboard, but no dice. Then I used the mouse, but that was for camera angles...
...finally I figured out that my gamepad was best.  Pretty easy to pick up from there.
I never played Scorched 3D, I don't even know if it's still being updated. |

Actually, first came Scorched Earth. Then Worms, then GunBound.
Nothing can beat Scorched Earth though. The classic strategy blow-them-up game. |

Wonder how many soundbanks there are, that's one of the things I loved about WWP... *remembers the F1 soundbank*

It's a bug in the console versions, they're not making a patch for it either  Apparently it IS possible but the chance is very slim. |

That's kind of strange, since the Wormopedia makes several references to it and it's in like every other cutscene... oh well. |

Ah yes, one thing you MUST do on Worms 3D is put the Welsh Soundbank on, firstly you'll get an idea of the way I'm supposed to talk and secondly, it's only there because I asked for it, no realy, I hang about on Team 17's board and when they were designing Worms 3D, they asked for some suggestions, mine was "A Welsh Soundbank" and there it is! No Welsh flag though.
ALso, if you've a console version, it's apparently impossible to geta Concrete Donkey, shame as I REALLY wanted to see it in 3D
Oh and about the Grave Digging Mission, did you know you can unlock a "Horror" soundbank? |

I had Armageddon, but my CD's screwed up... I gratitiously downloaded obtained WWP and everyone on the small network here plays it. I was skeptical about a 3D version, but it looks well enough like it was pulled off right... I need to give it a try.  |

Couldn't you do the name-entry thing in the original Worms?
Must get this... Worms rules, just a great action/strategy game. WWP was quite good. |

Interestingly enough, "Earthbound" makes a great map. But change it to the "War" setting. |

I am thinking about getting this game. I liked Worms Armageddon and World Party.
Worms 3D looks cool. I saw this game on the creator's main site when they were still making it, and it looked awesome. The random map generator sounds cool! If I like a map, I can remember the name or numbers. |

Yes, but the point is now it has traveled through a magical portal into the third dimension!!!!! And successfully!
Oh, and another thing: the music kicks ass too. Plus the computer can bust out without taking forever to think like it did in the 2D ones, which could be construed as either a good or bad thing... I like it.
What I've played of the campaign kicks ass too. I just did a gravedigging one. |
