See a bunch of new shows? Don't recognize 'em? Well, they had to dump some to make room, no? Here's what's getting canned from CBS, NBC, and the WB (complete list here):
NBC: Committed, The Contender, Father of the Pride, Last Comic Standing, Law And Order: Trial by Jury, LAX, Medical Investigaton, American Dreams, Revelations, Third Watch.
CBS: Joan of Arcadia, Judging Amy, Listen Up, Center of the Universe, Clubhouse, Dr. Vegas, Everybody Loves Raymond, JAG
WB: Jack & Bobby, Summerland, Grounded for Life, The Mountain
Any thoughts on what you see?
I start. Inexplicably, CBS is RE-UPPING "YES, DEAR". If it's due to incriminating photos, I DON'T WANT TO KNOW. And Jack & Bobby? First ep seemed kind of promising, but it wouldn't work over more than a couple of seasons. We know how it ends and there's only so much storytelling to do. Smallville's toast. West Wing's moving to Sunday because its viewers are rich and NBC doesn't feel like competing on Wednesdays. Let's see what everyone else is bringing to the dance. |
