When I was there, I thought I spelled zophar.net wrong. Later I thought it was real... just for 20 seconds later seeing that the links did lead to "index2.html" |

I think the prank they did last year was great. They had a page that said that the government shut them down. Both them and vgmusic did that. The funny thing is that there was a site that actually had that happen to them, so they both just took the liberty to copy the page and make it a prank. I loved it. |

Usually you have to remember that it's April 1st on the net. ANYTHING can happen then, and usually if something's not a joke they spell it out for you. |

They did something similar to it last year. ZSNES even made a WIP build and labeled it version 1.40. |

GBAtemp's joke ticked me off though - they put up an error page saying that they were busted by the Italian government, but there was NO WAY to get into the site. |

Something like this happened last year. Hell, I remember it vividly: Ok Impala made a thread entitled "A great blow to us all!" and was about the apparent closing of Zophars. April 1st happened to be on that day |
