Hm.. imo Gundam X has too much filler, but it's cool. Seed is also cool and has a pretty nice story line, but it suffers from the Wing Syndrome (the Gundams are too fucking good). I'd say the way Zeta Gundam handles it all is pretty nice (every mobile suit can be damaged/destroyed). I won't decide on a favorite mecha.. I like too many  . I usually say 08th MS Team is one of the best though, so go watch it if you haven't. |

One Mech anime that was horrible, would be Gasaraki in my opinion (sorry if it's not spelled right).
The previews of that anime looked great, then when my friend and I watched it ... all we had to say was "What the fuckingburger?" |

God i hate the gundam fandom for one reason and one reason only.
examples of that reason can be found in this thread.
Crossbone Gundam, Nadesico, Macross 7 and SEED Destiny own you all.

SpiderMew: Seed also has many more whiny characters and useless mecha. A lot of the UC based mecha I found to be quite practical and consistent. But in Seed, everything's simply overpowered while others simply do not compare in general.
Xeodious: Gundam X IS good, and so is Turn A, but they aren't seasons. They are separate anime altogether. |

I don't know, I just always think of Gundam-Armored Core like-walking tanks when it comes to the term of "Mech", not really a hybird humanoid giant android or something. |

Eva i would say it is mecha cuz you dont know anyof that in the begining.
Ive seen most of eva and my friend is an eva nut, and even though there "built diffently" then most mecha, they do share most of the same qualitys of mechs that would put them in that catagory. Like how trees give off enough of the process of life to be alive.
About gundam seed.... i wont even bother watching it cuz the plot.. its just a big rip of off the begining of the Universal Centery storyline....Just with a few more mobile suits named Gundam then before.... |

I've heard Gundam X is one of the best seasons, haven't seen it myself though.
And do you people seriously consider Eva a Mecha anime? I don't know if I would, they're "different" or I'm just picky.
