I will fix that in a few days and for the title screen I will change it when nobody likes it?

Edit: I have fixed the pipe, that froze up the game and the fishes.
The error was, that I had forgotten to use sprite bouyancy, because i used fireballs that come out of the lava.

This hack looks REALLY good. The title screen looks a bit... ...empty and boring, however.... Sometimes the text are unreadable and on the beach level, the fishes screws up when they reach the surface. You can't (with a few exeptions) have both fishes and piranha plants in the same level. (I know... That sucks! We should sue Nintendo for that!) Also, somewhere in the tropical desert, there's a pipe that freezes the game. Exept for those (and maybe something more that I forgot), the hack is very good!

Thank you for fixing the graphical glitches. While unsightly, your hack was still very enjoyable, so if you've fixed that, I believe it'll be quite good.

Also, a bit of a problem with the overworld: The design is good, but it's a bit squarish. Make it more random, like what you would find in nature. Also, there should be waves below. It's obviously in the ocean due to that swimming bit. If you can't find waves that match the palette just open up an original SMW ROM and copy and paste from there.

Also, get rid of the swimming between islands bit. It looks terrible due to the height of both as shown by the cliff sides. Perhaps add a level before it, and upon completion draw a bridge across.

EDIT: Well, you do that more than I thought! Once you get to the tropical desert bit, though, all palette problems go away! Yay! This hack is pretty fun. On the moving between islands bit... Provided they're of the same height, you can do this. north/south bridges can be done using the bridge movement tile. west/east bridges can be done using tile 0x43 or 0x44 in the event tile selector.

Also...

Don't use Atma X' graphics. As cool as they are, they're just not Mario... Oh, but I did like the Dry Bones throwing that energy orb, that was modestly cool.

Tropical... Desert. Right.

In the Dark Cemetary level, you need more tombstones than Freddy and Dracyla. And the secret exit is evil ;-; Give the people a hint, at least...

On tropical desert 3, give less height in the jumping to hit invisible blocks area. You can't jump on to it from the water, you have to run and jump on to it from the area before it, which on the second part is really difficult. Also, give a clue as to the exit to that area, the three coins aren't enough. I didn't find it until I just decided to fall in the pit and try a different path.

I will do it better and the fireballs are yellow, because the pokey that I used has so the same palette as the fireball and the yellow Koopa.
Say how can I do it that the fireball is orange but the Pokey still yellow with a touch orange!

Edit: I have updated the errors in my hack.
So you can download it without the bug in the 1st shot and the fireball and koopa palette is right and the ! blocks are edited, too.

But you did not fix your brain. Please do before you continue hacking.

You do not seem to realize that when you make a custom palette, it affects everything else in that level. In some levels, your fireballs are yellow. The level design was pretty good (except for the fact that your massive amounts of enemies gave it slowdown far too often) and I comment you for that, but every ExGFX you use looks terrible. Especialy the shy guys. dhy the fuck are they waving their arms like that? Your graphics aren't nearly as bad as Wario's or SMWExpert's, but they need a lot of work. I know I shouldn't base my review entirely around graphics, but while gameplay is important, if the whole thing is just terribly, horribly unsightly, screw the gameplay, this thing is shit. Especially your usage of Yoshi's Island graphics. While I must say, I don't have anything against YI graphics, I think they're quite good, they don't fit the style. It's not like you're editing EVERYTHING to be more YIish, it's just the foreground. As a result, there's a huge clash of styles, and it really looks very ugly.

Glitched foreground just adds to the problem.

Yes, that's right. That fireball is yellow.

I don't know. I... I just don't know.

Everything about this screams "UGLY!!!". I do like the bat though, that's nice. Also, you can't tell from the shot, but those koopas have patches of black all over their heads.

Looking good. Nice to know SOME people aren't posting April Fools topics on April Fools day... and no, I'm NOT directing this at Kario... or am I?
