Well, if it is, it doesn't really look like it. Instead, it looks like she's just in front of the moon. *shot*
Well, to fix it, you ought to put part of the visible, umm, cheek on the moon. If you do that, you'd also have to change a few things. Mainlyl, there would be pressure on her rear, obviously, and you'd have to form her clothes to her body and work with bends and folds. Of course, that's tedious work. 
There, that's it. Other than that, it's sweet.

Well, I'm going to comment on the moon thing.
It's not so much that she's sitting on the moon but more that she's um.. superimposed on the moon.
I made absolutely zero effort to have her actually sit on the moon in the original, and I stuck with that artistic laziness in the second one.
Sure, I COULD'VE put her arse on the moon and folder her skirt under her arse between arse and moon and put arsedents in her arse, but I didn't wanna, so I didn't.  |

Yup. Yet another thread I killed by posting in it. =/ It was good before, and you managed to improve it now. Excellent work, as always.  However, it looks like she's not on the moon at all, she's just... floating htere. Was that intentional?

Wee, I just printed this one out at work on the color laser printer and it looks coooooool. Except for the dodgy line in it where the printer needs to be serviced, anyways.
It reminded me though, I sometimes post a working size picture of my work, so here it is, just in case you want to see it at the size I worked on it at. Also the best size if you want to print it, probably |

It's always been like that. And I also think that they give more bandwidth to people who pay for an subscribiton. :/
...that's the reason why I don't go there too often and goto other art sites, shame as there is alot of good work there, especially when it's the biggest artsite I know.

I heard alot of bad stuff about the managment, such as people getting banned over the most silly things. Such as someone who got a PG rated picture removed, asked about it and got banned permamently... forgot which artist thought. :/
...althought, what category was thoose pictures orginally before they moved to "fanart"? I better check them up, I can understand if there is blurry lines on what is what, but still... |

I'm certainly finding the management of DA to be complete asses recently, mainly in relation to BANNING Andrew Dickman temporarily for EVIL FLASH MUSIC VIDEOS OF DOOM and messing with Chalo's pics and making them fanart cos they're Pokemon *influenced*.
Taryn, doing a piece like that in three nights is bloody good, seriously. It would take me a month to do anything like that. O.o''

Yeah, I just put it up on DA. I just noticed Chalo's note on my page too, and then I went and took Kate off to put the Catgirl up in the featured spot! Poor Chalo... I'll make it up to him (might draw an adult Kate sometime)

As for your point on people getting uppity about catgirl stuff, I agree Fyxe, but I do still like to put the warning just in case. Plus "May contain traces of catgirl" makes me giggle

This is awesome... ^-^ Look at the progress, you're gettin' better and better!! She definitely looks more grown up and stuff, which is *not* an easy thing to illustrate. Far easier to draw cutesy, not that your original is anything to be scoffed at either. ^-^ Your general skills have improved very much over a short space of time, and they were already good to begin with.
She's very sessy. Needs to be uploaded to your DA account.
And you *can* colour, clearly. Look at those clouds too!! They're wonderful. Very very impressive and pretty.
Don't every apologise for posting a catgirl pic though. If anyone's 'offended' by it they need to get over themselves and get their priorities straight.
I'm so glad you're workin' on your art all the time, it's great, and you're just going to get better.
EDIT: And, just after I type this, it's on your DA account. Whee. |
