I use to play it when it first came out, friend of mine told me about it at school, played it for a week or 2 and got bored, but I dont think ill download it, just to be part of this tournament though.... |

I see no reason against this.
DISCLAIMER: Netplay framerate is 1.5-3.5 FPS
So anyway. Standard bracket-type dealie. 16 slots.
Note that your connection speed being low is not an excuse not to join, because the framerate is pretty much the same regardless of connection speed.
Some rules:
- Arena must be Lee on Road
- No function keys may be pressed
- You can't sign up as LouisEX, Firzen, or Julian, but you can sign up as anyone else (including other secret characters and including Random)
- You cannot change your character
- The character you pick must be included in your signup
