Well not using it would mean getting rid of the slider. Though eventually I'll get a nice C version going that doesn't require that (nor have that damn border) - it already works, I just need to get a GUI going.

Even though Windows 2000 is WinNT (version 5.0, specifically)... you may want to just say Windows 2000, the first to add transparency. Oh yeah... you still make me download MSCOMCTL.OCX just to use transparency.

You know, I'm not sure why I didn't think to do that. I'm lazy so I'll just copy and paste from my site.

A nifty program which adds a button to windows' titlebars, allowing you to do things such as hide the window, change its title, or enable alpha translucency in Windows NT and up.

Hmm. Come to think of it, I should add to that description to mention that it can toggle the Always On Top option.

I'm guessing if I read the readme in that ZIP file, I'll discover the purpose of this? You have a lot of projects so it's hard to keep track of them all...

Linky

What's new:
-Fixed a bug where un-hiding windows in a certain order could show the wrong window and cause them to disappear.
-Clicking 'Show' on the Hidden Windows dialog no longer crashes the program if you have already un-hidden all the windows.
-Fixed an easter egg.
-The button no longer remains on the screen after hiding a window.
-Added an 'Avoid This Window' feature to prevent the button showing up on certain windows.
-It's no longer possible to run multiple instances. (Which would be pretty damn pointless anyway. )
-Updated the readme having verified that XP isn't the only version of Windows with translucency support.
