I can't get the resource file to compile... Otherwise, it looks like the same thing you posted in IRC a while back. ;P
My only concern is that it uses bitmaps, so it may not be quite right for ROM hacking. |

Any type of license on it, or can we use in whatever type of program license (open source, closed, freeware, shareware etc) we wish?

Alrighty this baby all it requires is a tileset and your ready to map. It can be used for inserting custom images and the like. This is the only source i'm releasing so have fun with it. Link is here
