Oogtar was a young caveman in the SMW TV show who was always getting into trouble. he was a load of laughs and not too smart either. |

I have no clue who oogtar is, but he looks pretty cool also. This will be a download for me just based on the OW! I would love to see some detail for a BG in the overworld, and anyother maps you create. They look amazing!

Oh. god I loved the show episodes when I DL'd them. Oogtar is looking great, and the cave/volcano thing is awsome. (sorry, it just looks like that, even though you said it was a cave) The overworld looks good, all you need to do right now is update the OW mario sprite and add more levels and this hack will be great. |

Aah, Oogtar... I remember the good old days when the Mario Bros. were from brooklyn and not from who-the-hell-knows-because-smw2-screwed-it-all-up. Nothing like seeing Mario build a goomba-powered cave car in dino world only to have a major pileup and be sent to the lava world. Again.
I think Oogtar summed it all up by something like... "Koopa, Mario go lava googoo."
Or something to that effect... |

Actually, I beleive he says 'Oogtar no want be plant food' in the haunted house episode  .
Excellent overworld and the Oogtar sprite is very impressive. Just make original levels, and you'll have this game in the bag! |

by "levels arent bad" you mean "levels have no originality" then I agree.
I like the new Mario GFX as simple as they may be. The OV is cool as well, hopefully the levels will be up to par. |

Yes, I made the cave out of randomness one day. I thought, "Hmm, I think this would look good in my hack."

The sprite edit on the top looks very nice, and the overworld is nice looking too, and the level name fits what you'd expect. The hack name sounds like something you'd hear refrenced in the show. "Oh, me play Uber Oogtar World!" |

And "Oogtar" is probably loosely based after Barney from the Flintstones. |

Holy crap, Oogtar! Great to see a game starring that little dude since we only got to see him on the T.V. series. Hopefully your levels will look good too, I'll be looking forward to seeing Oogtar in action. |
