I don't have it. It was 3 or 4 weeks ago. Sorry. Anyway, at least they're still making a new movie.

I already looked at their recent articles and did not see that particular item. Care to give a specific link?

I do not know who told you that, but they are full of crap. Spike TV has already gone on record to say they would love to have the show, but Paramount has yet to approach them.

It is not going to happen. And if you truly think it will, then I have a brige I would like to sell you.

The only good news for Enterprise is that the local channels are jumping at the chance to buy into rerun syndication.

That was a few months ago. You obviously haven't been following the most recent developments...

I've found a good price for the entire TNG box set, Kas. 500$...Dammit. I hate not working now.

Berman has already said that he's not interested in selling the franchise outside of Paramount. Remember, Paramount are inclined to believe that Star Trek franchises are a cut above the rest and nobody else deserves them.

Oh well, I can wait another three years for a new itteration of Star Trek. Enterprise wasn't the wrong formula, they just struggled to get the atmosphere right.

In the mean time, I'm going to try to get some cheap Deep Space 9 boxsets. I haven't seen most of seasons six and seven, and practically missed out on all but the most important events of the Dominion War. The trouble is that Star Trek boxsets are overpriced to a stupid level. Morons.

Enterprise was quite easily the worst of the lot. For the first three seasons, their best episodes were only as good as all the other series normal episodes. This fourth season has been decent because they brought on new writers and made someone other than Braga the head writer.

Shooting on the final episode has long since wrapped and the sets have been taken down and shipped to a warehouse. It is over folks.

Is that why Paramount has entered into negotiations with Trek United and said they might bring it back if Sci-Fi Channel or SpikeTV want it?

I really don't want to see it go but there really isn't anything that can be done about it--I'm guessing shooing for the series finale is now done or just about to finish.

As for the series, it started off a good note for me and then life got in the way for me to appreciate the rest of it. Overall, Enterprise was alright. I don't think it was as good as Voyager or TNG but it was decent. I wonder what is going to fill that space for UPN...

As far as the series finale is concerned:

Spoiler:
Actually, no. It ends with Riker watching Trip's death in the Enterprise D's holodeck.

Let's face it, they're not going to find the money through fan donation alone. I must admit that fan support cannot be underestimated when it comes to Star Trek, but Paramount have confirmed that Enterprise really is set to finish.

I reckon they'll end it with the formation of the United Federation of Planets being founded.

First of all, the only good episodes have been this season, and thats only because B&B stepped back and gave most of the creative control to Manny Coto.

Second, its not dead yet.

I've known for a few weeks that Star Trek: Enterprise was heading for the Starfleet Starship Museum in the sky (read: axed), and I'm utterly disappointed. As with all Star Trek franchises before it, it was just finding it's feet at around season 4/5. DS9 entered its fourth season with Way of the Warrior and Michael Dorn reprise Worf (easily one of the best episodes) and Voyager had Scorpion and Jeri Ryan joining as Seven of Nine.

I haven't been able to catch a lot of Enterprise. but there are seriously tonnes of stuff in it I really want to see. Seeing Brent Spiner (Data) portraying Arik Soong would've been cool, and Jesus H, the Enterprise J!!!

Apparently many people are calling for Rick Berman and Brannon Braga (the two current executive producers of Star Trek) to be replaced. I don't think this is the case because they made the finalies to DS9 and Voyager amazing. Even some episodes of Enterprise are amazing. They've just got to get the formula right. Opinions?
