Freewebs allows uploading of ANY file to the site.
I'll just go to my site (havent been there for two years...) and upload! |

If you don't want to register anywhere, try tinypic.com. You only have to upload the screens. Just remember to write down (aka copy) each screen's filename, since the filename consists of many numbers and letters in a whole mess. 
Also, don't use BMPs, use JPGs or PNGs. BMPs take way to much time to load for some members (not me though - I have a fast computer ).
That was just about the screenshots though. For IPS patches, you need to sign up on Geocities or something, or let someone host it for you. |
