The level animations are in GFX33.bin, and the overworld animations are in GFX14.bin(normally they are hidden by the level animations, so you need to load up GFX14 into another slot).)

He means for the Super GFX Bypass. And that's not necessary at all, you can access them for whatever needs them without use of that.

...the animations are in GFX33.bin. You can edit the animation graphics in there, but to edit the actual animation itself would require some hex editing (I highly doubt ASM would be necessary).

Where to place the graphics? What the heck are you talking about?
