Well you should look for it. 
Personally I wouldn't have any major problem with someone using RLM just to get a base ROM with an ASM hack, if they were to delete all the levels and ExGFX. Though still, they should get permission first, and if they had that, there's not much reason the author couldn't make it an IPS.  |

I really don't see how making mario fly like racoon mario would be that hard. I used to have a SMW PAR code (I think it was 4 or 5 codes long) that made mario fly like racoon mario. |

Seriously... Making him LOOK like Racoon Mario isn't very hard. Making him fly like Racoon Mario is a lot harder, though... I have had some thoughts on making a program which changes which tiles Mario uses. I can't promisse anything, though. |

does any one have an unlocked hack with racoon mario in them because i was trying to make roms using racoon mario and i cant seem to create one or find any unlocked hack with raccoon mario. |
