That's no excuse for not doing some research. Sure, Kario could have toned it down a little, but I would have said more or less the same thing if he didn't.

Hey dark ludwig, how long will it take for you to catch on? Dont ask that, its a dumb question, he will release it when its done, release dates are useless, and asking him isnt going to speed it up.

About how much longer do you think it'll be before Solar Sountrack is released?

Will it be as easy as it is with SMAS to put DKC2 music into the SMW?

I dunno, it mainly depends on whether DKC2's sound engine is N-SPC compatible. I never played DKC2, so I can't tell

@Darkflight, yeah, that will be possible, of course, although I am not exactly sure why you would want to do that. And, it's definitively wrong to call single songs "SPCs". SPCs are either multiple SNES sound chips or multiple SPC dumps (which have the extension SPCs). For instance, one SMAS "SPC" contains all the songs of the song bank the song you'll actually hear when you play/execute it is in. Like, land1.spc also contains the bowser battle song, the coin heaven theme and whatever there is else.

Yes, but it mainly is for editing the music already inside SMW.

I have a question of my own; will SST be able to copy SPCs from one section of SMW into another (e.g. take music slot 1, put it into music slot 2, and then edit it there)? That would be great for my game.

Meh, what's it going to do? Kill my computer again? I figure that if I run the same program the same way more than once, it might not crash at least one of the times. If not, hey, it's not like it wasn't going to fall apart eventually.

Well no wonder. Really, if your computer's already that messed up, you're certainly not going to do any good by running another horribly buggy program.

Sarcasm or not, Trasher, my computers are pretty much like that. It took tons of different cleaning tools just to get one of them to shut down without crashing... And they've both been almost wiped out by messed up programs before. And many programs don't work right on either. And my floppy disk drive only works half of the time...

Maybe, if the link worked. *stabs ImageShack for using that damn weird symbol*

Not true, I have two computers. One has Windows 98 and the other Windows ME. As you can see, this reinforces your point completely.

Well, good to hear you are at least trying to fix this serious problem.

I would help you. Unfortunatly for me, I know nothing about any other programming languages other than BASIC, HTML, and ASM, which really isn't much help to you...

Well, we can wait for this problem to be fixed. I am awaiting this editor... I want some of my own music made into SMW...

Wait, we also have to realize that Glyph has a computer with Windows Millenium Edition on it. That's probably why he wants the editor no matter what state it's in; his computer already so bad that he wouldn't be able to tell the difference. As a former user of Windows ME, I can see it from Glyph's point of view. Of course, no one else wants that so, as I stated before, take your time blackhole.

No we don't! I want a perfect editor! This is big business and it's nothing like the Mario sprite configurator! It like, bypasses the whole outlining of the game mostly! One or two mess-ups and it's bye bye edit! Or worse, bye bye computer!!!!!

Will this do? If so, do I get bonus points? I guess not...

Anyway, the buggy version couldn't be too bad otherwise Blackhole's computer wouldn't survive the release. As long as there's some way to load the file, I would like to download this music editor as soon as possible.
