*plays a little of the super atma hack*
 funny stuff. Some of that was really not expected. Like, (I don't really have to mark this but)
Spoiler:
the hooker thing, the laser sword, and the magiteks "apocalypse" and "dark flare".
Fun, but not really what I was looking for I suppose. I'll probably be playing it thru anyway 
What I was thinking of was something that changed a LOT of stuff, like the something awful one did. |

Well there's tons of changes that can be made with Yousei's editor, that would be a big start to kick off of. |

Is this something that a lot of people would like to see? I believe I have the knowledge and ability (though maybe not the desire) to do this. Changing the numerical stuff is trivial, but the events are the real kicker (redoing all of them would be very time-intensive). |

Go to zophars domain they have some good hacks, the best final fantasy hack for 3 is the one where kain and cecil are in it and others, but in the game edgar is kain and cyan is cecil forgot the rest find out. There is also a change of storyline. |

There is a hack that changes the main character sprites into FF7 characters. It is pretty cool but I don't think any of the text is changed. |

About 90% of Awful Fantasy is made up of SA Forums in-jokes, so it's fairly understandable for it to stop making sense. |

I've only ever heard of one full hack, and it's made by somethingawful and is funny for a while, but slowly deteriorates into pure randomness. The moment I saw Zone Eater.. *shudder* I quit right there
so, are there any other full hacks around? that or full CT hacks, but I don't think Temporal Flux has been around long enough to have any yet.
