Actually... I've been picking up on Mario Fantasy Adventure... I think.
What I've been doing is changing all the enemy sprites so they're from assorted NES games I pick up. I'm new to this, so I have clue how to send screenshots... don't kill me just yet.

XComGS was working on Weasel's FF Mario hack, I can't remember if he finished it or not. He mentioned the hack on the old TEK board in December.
It's too bad that no one hasn't picked up Ace's hack to finish it, that one is really good. |

Don't forget the hack that Weasel was working on until it was cancelled. I can't remember how far it goes, but what was there was really good. DES might still have it there (in case you weren't talking about the one Acmlm did).
Either way, both are cancelled unless someone has picked them up. Seems like someone was supposed to pick up Weasel's to finish it, but I haven't heard anything in a long time about it. |

Hmmm...too bad. Seems like a waste of a good concept and a great start. Anyone else know of it being continued or someone doing their own project like this? |

Well, Acmlm was the one doing it, as far as I know he stopped hacking it and no one else picked it up. |

Does anyone know where I can find a hack (a more finished version than at zophars) that I think was called Mario Fantasy Adventure. It put Mario gfx and music into Final Fantasy. The version I have has characters, the first few enemies hacked. Anyone know if someone picked this up or if there is a newer version out there? |
