this probably should have gonein Pokemon hacking, since this program pertains to that game series, but anyway...if it tells you you are missing a file, just do a quick Google search for it, you'll find it in a matter of seconds. |

its probably a VB runtime...so you need to download those, not sure exactly where you can get em, but also, it would help more if you told us what file it says your missing |
