After watching it about 10 times

Then, I read the script by some nut who has way too much time on his hands, and in the background before the cops get White, Pink is taken away in cuffs.
And Joe says Blue died, before the shootout.
And check this bad larry out.

There's a chance, but a very slim chance. Judging by what happened to everyone else, I'd say it's pretty much assumed.
