Or just do a search of the rom... the link above takes you to all FF byte documents, not just the facelift ones. But somewhere in the Facelift Code Change document, it talks about default names. And from there, you can see where in the rom that is, then you just load up the DTE table, go to the rom, and find the names and change em! |

Yeah, load the table file in some hex editor that supports tables and you're all set. |

The Final Facelift bytes (see Mighty Kefka's thread for the link for that set of offsets and many more) have the exact location said in them. |

Ok, I did my hack and everything looks cool.
Now, my question is how do I change the default name like it was:
Cecil
Yang
Porom
Palom
Does anyone know where the excat location of these name? I really want to change the name to something else.
