Hey!
Well, all I can say is you picked some very good people to be mods. Now perhaps there will less flaming and more discussion around here with two more mods. BMF and Fu were good, but this forum is very active, and I'd say that some two people couldn't handle it alone.
Now to find out how to be a mod, too.... |

Yeah, JJ I can see being a mod here, but HH doesn't seem like someone to mod this forum anyway. Maybe so the two active mods will be JJ and HH. Two letter abbreviations. Woohoo. Now, where is Igloo Inhancer and Krazy Katastrophe? |

I just hope your picks are good ones  JJ seems like a very good choice, definitely, though HH I'm unsure about. He doesn't really seem SMW Hackish to me

First of all, this forum is among the most active ones. Second of all, Fu is sort of inactive, but there's no chance in hell I'd be demoting him, even temporarily. That leaves three mods, of which one (BMF) is on a break from all this of unspecified length. It's not really that "over-dimensioned", it just looks kinda bulky. |

So... how much money did JJ fork over to become a mod Jesper? I guess I need to pay Jesper more money. 
Well, people have requested another mod for this forum for some time. And I hope it won't be a problem having that many moderators around here. 
I need to visit thoose parts more, I used to be more active in SMW hacking.
Let's see, I think I hadn't ROM hacked for some time either, and if you talk about SMW... well that's gotta be around a year. |

That seems unlikely... I mean, I'm quite active, too, and I don't see your name on the list terribly often... But then again I do have something of a selective memory, frequently forgetting just about every trivial thing and even some important ones...

I just got on and saw JJ was a mod. I was like "Yay!" JJ deserves it as he knows what should belong in a forum. Plus he is really active. Along with HyperHacker, this forum could turn out better.
As for you BMF, hopefully when you get back you will help me with that HDMA hack. I can wait until you come back or if you don't. I don't need it, but it is cool to have.
In any case, hope your break is good. Go recharge your batteries. You need it. |

Sendy's come back, but he just hasn't posted in a while since that time If you want to know what I'm talking about, read this thread, unless of course you knew about that already

As long as I'm here, I may as well announce that I'm going to be on hiatus for a while (see custom title). I'm kinda burned out on the whole ROM hacking thing in general, and need to take a break before I go crazy. I haven't even touched SMO since shortly after the last demo, which was obviously a very long time ago. I just don't have the desire to work on it. Hopefully a little break from this madhouse (kidding!  ) will allow me to "recharge my batteries," so to speak.
I realize a few of you have sent me hacking questions (usually ASM-related) via PM and e-mail, and I apologize for not answering them yet; I simply can't focus enough to give you coherent explanations right now. Perhaps by the time I return I'll have gained some of my "hacking mojo" back, and can give you the answers you're looking for.

In addition to the sort of currently inactive FuSoYa and BMF (atleast he will be more inactive), you now have HyperHacker and Juggling Joker at the helm here in SMW hacking. HyperHacker's already a mod in Hardware/Software and Juggling Joker is new to being a moderator at this board. I'm sure you all know them both and I hope this will work when it comes to bringing in some fresh, active, capable blood in here. I trust them both to do an excellent job. |
