Just a small update.

Yes, and it should contain several people to decrease potential bias.  I figure the 3-5 most involved people would suffice.

The water system, still need some preparation before I fill it up.
One-level above, there's a huge meeting room where I plan to have a big waterfall in the middle. As you can see I put out grates for the water to leak into, to avoid flooding it.
