Indeed, some people do deserve to be banned but I wouldn't blame everyone for being silly. I mean, I been in lots worse spamming than this in the past, but those events are looked up as some kind of golden age. :/

Well, there are a few copyright and trademark problems. Replacing graphics, and even characters name would resolve that easily though. But it all depends on how the graphics is obtained, you can kinda get around this by requiring the original game ROM and have something that extracts from this game ROM and put it into the... new one.

I wouldn't mind beta-testing it.

Nah,it's just AOL.

We were hardly having a performance hit. ||bassboard had quite some performance problems though, but they were resolved as soon the spammage was stopped over there.

It doesn't really say that it's open for home-brewers and stuff, just independent devolopers. It might actually cost a bit money to buy a SDK, like a thousand dollar or two... but that's still relatively cheap for a SDK kit for a console though.

(it's nothing even for a small company)
