I don't like either idea, but at least Quick reply works. >> Why do you need to login fast? If speed is a issue, just be logged in all the time. Heh, it depends on my mood for sunlight. << I noticed that sunlight makes me feel less grumpy sometimes, and I do have huge windows in my room, but I tend to have curtain most of the time in front of them for privacy. ____________________ AIM: gamefreak1337, MSN: Emil_sim@spray.se, XMPP: ailure@xmpp.kafuka.org

Posted by SmallhackerProbably just shoddiness.Posted by pikaguy900 The Top secret level seems to be a level used for beta testing originally, and the dev team decided that they could as well keep it in. ____________________ AIM: gamefreak1337, MSN: Emil_sim@spray.se, XMPP: ailure@xmpp.kafuka.org

Heh, if you remove the scanlines it probably would look closer on how it looks on my PAL tv. The NES seems to distorts pixles a little bit, so they're not totally squary, although I can't tell if it's the TV or if it's just the PPU being that way.
And then there's the timing diffrence with PAL games, although it's not really that noticeable unlike some Genesis games. ____________________ AIM: gamefreak1337, MSN: Emil_sim@spray.se, XMPP: ailure@xmpp.kafuka.org

Heh, the mechancical thing that pushes/pulling the cd bay didn't work correctly on a DVD-drive on my old computer. It helped to push in manually though, and it works perfectly otherwise. ____________________ AIM: gamefreak1337, MSN: Emil_sim@spray.se, XMPP: ailure@xmpp.kafuka.org

Posted by SmallhackerI wouldn't be surprised if the classic piranha plants used to not be glitched, but Nintendo decided to go orginal and therefore not using some of the classical enemies. Early SMW beta screens shows a game that looks like a upgraded SMB3 after all. ____________________ AIM: gamefreak1337, MSN: Emil_sim@spray.se, XMPP: ailure@xmpp.kafuka.org

Thexare, can we trade? I ask as I don't want to drop a current deal until I got a confirmation. Trading means that both of our nations will get each other's resources so there's nothing to lose really... expect for a trading slot, but belive me. Having Gold,Silver, Coal and Gems nets you a nice bonus resource. And my nation have Gold and Silver. <<
You just enter my nation and click trade, ignore the warning that comes up and just proceed. ____________________ AIM: gamefreak1337, MSN: Emil_sim@spray.se, XMPP: ailure@xmpp.kafuka.org

And the trade is done. My population got a nice happiness boost, so they don't really mind my high taxes now. Yours should have gotten a nice bonus as well Thexare with the fine jewels resource.
Well, a AcmlmBoard alliance would be nice but only if enough people actually starts playing the game. >> Otherwise I just rather stay at a large alliance. Now I just need a trading partner with Aluminium and lumber who is on the purple team. ____________________ AIM: gamefreak1337, MSN: Emil_sim@spray.se, XMPP: ailure@xmpp.kafuka.org

I gotten a negative amount of money in online games in past so ehh... it's probably just some kind of rollover error. Either the game let him sell more soldiers than he was allowed to, or he was attacked. Either way, it's kinda funny imaging that the total population of his country is probably less than his civilian... ____________________ AIM: gamefreak1337, MSN: Emil_sim@spray.se, XMPP: ailure@xmpp.kafuka.org

Funny how fast that game went by. >> xD
But yeah, Thexare's deal made a huge diffrence in terms of tax money. Spent it all on expanding infrastructure, and only a necessary amount on the military. Applied for starting grants in "The Legion" alliance. Hopefully it should give a nice boost... Edit: Hehe, my request for grant was accepted. :o Although I hadn't got the money yet, but a boost of 200,000 should help alot. xD ____________________ AIM: gamefreak1337, MSN: Emil_sim@spray.se, XMPP: ailure@xmpp.kafuka.org

I didn't know Smallhacker played openTTD. :o
And eh, vehicle breakdowns will be off. It get's annoying quickly as soon you have more than ten trains within the same network. Just keep in mind that due the game works with station ratings, it's still worth it to replace outdated vehicles and repair them now and then. Also mapsize is one thing i'm not sure with. I'm considering to go with 512x1024, but I'm not too sure about how good it will be performance wise. I won't go any lower than 256x512 though... some people prefer playing on a 256x1024 map than 512x512, even if it's the same amount of tiles. ____________________ AIM: gamefreak1337, MSN: Emil_sim@spray.se, XMPP: ailure@xmpp.kafuka.org

Well, I guess that someone were up late at night, and had names but not which ones where which and only had two slots left. D: Ostro looks like a ostrich, which is a type of big bird after all.

Posted by Kyoufu KawaHeh, I never had a swapping utility but I did swap levels to get around the "one custom level" limit. XD I made jetpack levels too. Infact, I kept dreaming about how awesome it would been to create own levels for Super Mario bros. ...sadly I never done a proper hack for Super mario. << ____________________ AIM: gamefreak1337, MSN: Emil_sim@spray.se, XMPP: ailure@xmpp.kafuka.org

How are the badges 8bit? It seems like it was made for a console with 2bit graphics such as the NES.
(yeah yeah, I assumed they are made for a fictional 8bit version of paper mario) And they look nice. << ____________________ AIM: gamefreak1337, MSN: Emil_sim@spray.se, XMPP: ailure@xmpp.kafuka.org

Well, if you ever decide to leave a alliance, it's probably a good idea to repay any debts first anyway. Which might take time if you're a young nation.
Hehe, I saw some interesting aspects of this game, such as tech trading. It might be something I will try eventually, especially if I manage to get a grant for established nations from the Legion alliance (that I will pay back of course). However this is something I will do later on when I grown as nation. ____________________ AIM: gamefreak1337, MSN: Emil_sim@spray.se, XMPP: ailure@xmpp.kafuka.org
