Nice graphics.
The graphical quality is actually rather really uneven, which I suppose is just a further poke of fun at the Call of Duty series in general.

I would stick with the handdrawn style, especially as the retro-style games been overdone a bit too much lately.

Actually I seen hacking and "hack" being used in more positive context, or at least in context of "put together fast" (which can be a bad or good thing, but defiantly not illegal).

I don't see the error, he's clearly numbering the nth level tile from the start tile.

I downloaded it after seeing it on youtube.

I actually bought Call of Duty: Black ops a few months ago. My first and last CoD game. :/

I find China to be more capitalistic than some western countries (even US), which is funny in a way. In the bad way too.

Censorship is rather widespread, the middle-east chaos and possible following revolutions are censored from the Chinese residents, probably to prevent any citizens from getting "inspired".

I had fun memories of Advance Wars 2. I'm glad I'm seeing a hack for it.

I might change my mind as I'm listening to the radio right now.

Btw while Ellen Mclain sung the song, Jonathan Coulton wrote it. No mention of him in the artist column (his other songs are also good, if nerdy).

Uncompressed, 138 GB of music would take about 300 hours to play. That's assuming CD quality. And since your music collection probably consists out of MP3 and Ogg Vorbis files... yeah that's a really long jog.

Though I admit I would need somewhat big storage myself, since I'm fond of dumping music as FLAC when I rip it from CD's.

I wouldn't worry about shock damage, which HD's are usually rather sensitive the kind found in portable music players are made for heavy movement, and usually have a cache to allow for some shakiness.

Ah, strategy games I love them old Civilizations games
I have Civilizations 3 and 4 and hopefully I'll get 5 soon.
Might want to wait for a price drop, where I consider Civ IV the best in the series I consider V a huge disappointment. The battle system is more interesting, but that dosen't help when the AI seems to be more stupid than ever.

(Infact I usually just advise people to get IV first if they hadn't...)

Getting things done, no matter how small or insignificant it is.

Also music.

I have a tendency to stay up late, but mostly cause there is so much interesting to see...

I used to be able to pull off 36 hour days, but nowadays I can barely stay up 18 hours before getting tired.

That is a change I approve, especially how pointless Sonja tend to feel on maps without fog of war.

Also Multimedia Fusion 2 is like, the modern ancestor of Klick and Play (from 1993-1994). And as far I can tell, it's mostly the same engine underneath with similar quirks popping up in MM2 games. I have Klick and Play lying around somewhere...

I do not mind that personally, though I wish you could recycle armor that is about to wear out.

I only bother with iron armor though, and by the time I need a replacement I usually have enough iron ore for more iron armor.

Well, and that to be honest emulators made by people who want them accurate as possible is probably closer to the real thing than the "Good enough" emulators made by the official company (Nintendo/Sega).

First Star fox would make for an excellent Wiiware title...

It's funny with games that keeps a high score table, without even saving it between restarts and whatnot. Then again original Excitebike was worse about this, leaving in the save function from the FDS version but leaving it non-functional in the European/American release, due to the lack of SRAM.

I'd imagine it shouldn't break anything, as long both participants in the multiplayer have the modified level.

And that screenshot really reminds me about how much better texturework SM64DS have over SM64.

Wouldn't a emergency broadcast system be more useful over the radio anyway?

I don't recall them doing any such tests on radio or tv's here, but every third month they're testing the alarms (for things like gas leaks and whatnot) at 15:00. Not really annoying, if maybe a little startling if you didn't expect it.

Digital Cameras, we even have a system digital camera around here that is really high quality (but those cameras are expensive as well ).
