It's not really easy for me, since I only have ~30 mins to do so, and a lot of times it's only on days where I get a break like that. But, I do sometimes (like right now) and I just wish that the company I work for (OfficeMax) doesn't do that online personality check thingy... it's just unsettling and weird.

The ability to know what users on the internet are thinking. Because words are not enough most of the time. It'd also make me feel better, considering there are a shitload of people on the internet who need to be mauled with an Optimus Maximus keyboard. The power to know whether or not they are actually retarded or fucked up in some way would give me great relief.

Then again, if they *aren't* fucked up in some physical way, I'd like the ability to punch someone in the pancreas over the internet.

Like, ramen noodles? Eh, those aren't bad when you've got the munchies. Sometimes I eat them crunched up plain, or I dump the flavoring in the baggie and mix it together. My roommate eats them to cure an upset stomach.

Right now, I'm eating cheddar cheese combos. I also bought some new (to me) pringles that I think are kickass. They're the "Kickin' Cheddar" variety; they're like the regular cheddar ones with a slight spice to them and that great jalepeno flavor. It's not overpowering at all; I'd compare them to a level between mild and medium pace picante sauce.

I disagree with the way it's laid out now. OC ReMix has a great main page. It's got the songs to the right (which could be hacks for us) the latest few threads posted in/made, tons of content links to the left, etc..

Although I get what you're saying, your use of the word "issue" is a bit confusing and grammatically incorrect. To "Issue" (In this sense) is to "assign" or "distribute" something, like a magazine issue. It could also be a problem with something that needs to be handled. "An issue with the ROM". Could you please rephrase it so your post is a bit more clear?

Anyway, it is a very decent fix for this and might be generally adopted if you could make a patch for it. I know it's only a couple of offsets, but more people would go through the trouble to fix their rom if they could just patch it rather than going through the extra steps to get it fixed.

Don't make a patch for this. Maybe it'll be good incentive for people to learn how to mess with hex. It's stupid to supply patches for every little thing, especially with offsets that could overwrite assembly hacks and such in existing Mega Man hacks because it uses the very beginning of the game's limited last-bank free space. Currently, Mega Man 1 editors are limited enough that anyone wanting to do a good hack needs to dabble in hex, if only to fix bugs that editors create. I like helping people out, but I hate this spoon feeding mentality we have when it comes to simple hex edits. If someone can't use a hex editor to plug in values in a ROM at specific addresses for their hack, they probably shouldn't be hacking.

While I agree with you fully on this, it's rather futile in the sense that they're just going to give up anyway, even though it's something as simple as a few hex offsets. People are lazy, and I just wanted insectduel's work to be made known easier. Then again, it's their loss for being lazy bastages.

I only stick with Yahoo mail because it's the one and only email i've had (besides a dummy account, also yahoo mail) since the beginning of my internet carreeerrerr.

It's a lot easier to just stick with the same one because then I'd have to re-seed my e-mail to all of my contacts, whis is a real pain in the ass. Especially when you've had the same e-mail forever.

I'd be more open to it if I had been getting spam up the ass. I only really get one a month, realistically. My dummy account gets up to 40,000 a day though... it's a shitload.

I still vote to implement a main page. There is a bunch to add, therefore there might need to be someone there to take care of it all. The problems at hand aren't really that bad, and the idea of a main page is realistic. This community is big enough and deserves it.

I really don't know what the big deal is with a main page. Maintainability? Easy stuff. Keep a couple of text files for news entries, and perhaps hack entries. Upload a screenshot or two, the IPS, some feeds from the board, random content links, and that's it.
