Meritous! Horribly addictive bullethell top-down action/rpg. Thing.

I will say I agree...but damn if that third boss isn't cheap with -4- forms. I still haven't beat it yet.

I don't know HOW Eureka Seven got a "win". The whiney nervous kid annoyed me so much I watched PAX to keep my mind from frying. That's how much I hated it.

[tries to keep self from laughing and fails miserably]

Honestly, that would be the reason I shut it off as well. I don't know how Samurai Champloo got a win for so many people as well. The music might have been the only reason to have anything to do with the series, but it chokes on ending the series. I just felt the series was given little point past the music (which was probably the point anyways with -4- albums and the series title itself).

Azumanga Daioh...how could that not be a series that someone wouldn't want to watch? School Rumble, in that regard, is about as insane.

As for ones that people didn't mention, I think Yuu Yuu Hakusho should've been mentioned at least once. Even the English dub (though ugh on Kuwabara) had potential when translated.

Hmm...what else...eh, I'll think up more later.

The bad news:

1.0GHz Pentium III - motherboard maximum
192MB RAM - run off a 128/64 PC100 combo. Yes, it's running offset and no I can't run PC133 in this without page faulting or registry faulting.

The okay news:
Second hard drive, MAXTOR DiamondMax 9 60GB hard drive - 3 years old.
Third processor fan - mean for 3.0GHz processors
Currently using a Sony CFS-1035 boombox for sound output

The decent news:
18x Mad Dog DVD Triple Format writer - Ironically, I can't hold above 2x with my specs but it's a good piece for a newer computer when I'll buy one.
256MB RADEON STEALTH 9250 PCI card - Very good upgrade for someone who can't find PC100 RAM anywhere for a good price.

It's got a second modem in it, some Creative Labs one, that's being used. Ethernet works fine but hasn't been used since I had DSL up north. No USB 2.0 slots unless I put a hub in it, unfortunately. I can't really think of anything else other than the fact that my hard drive is more the half full of media (anything music/video oriented).

My high school was too low-tech for that, the library staff would just walk around the computers.

Mine was so low-tech that all you really had to do to fsck with people would be to edit the AUTOEXEC.BAT file in an infinite loop with echoing and calling autoexec. They ran Windows 98 and their server was less than acceptable until my final year when I convinved them to get off their ass and get a T1. Back in the day, that was an awesome upgrade, especially for a grad class of 20 kids.

Yea, gradding 4th doesn't really sound to good against those numbers.

I'll not quite care about grades as much as I used to anymore. The only thing I would get out of classes at my age would be the confidence that I actually learned something when I go to the end of the class. If I don't have that, then I wasted my time and my money.

I can honestly say that most of my college and high school years have been a thorough waste. I can only quote -2- high school teachers that were of any worth to me and I can maybe quote -3- from my college years. I have to give major props to the English (12th) and Speech (college) ones I had. I would be lost without them today, that's for sure.

Being kickass at Chem because of the Science teacher in HS I had for three years doesn't suck either. The only other teachers that I've had in college were a Trig and Pre-Calc teacher. I hit Calculus and the teacher was fucking retarded. I only stayed in to see if I could pull a D and ended with a 57% with 5 total students left afterwards. Hell we had someone with a B average pull out of the class because he knew that the instructor was full of horse shit.

So that's really what I'm in for. Grades? Fuck 'em. If I get something out of the class and can -APPLY- it (that's a big thing for me) then I'm that much better off and I don't feel conned out of paying an excessively high dollar per hour every semester I go to school.

Well, I'm old school, so I'd prefer to use the pad. As long as there's an option. You probably couldn't get as fast with the stylus.

The only way I could figure that they would be able to be faster on stylus is if they allow dragging of switches (logical ones being straight across) against them instead of point-to-point switching and that's it (like with pad, you have to switch, go a direction, switch, go a direction). If logical dragging is implemented, that could be faster than the original.

Then again, I would wonder how good stylus control is on something I don't own. :\

Hey, I puked all of yesterday and barely had anything so that lunch was a necessity. That Fire sauce is kickin' my ass now.

Bare minimum requisite of 4 hours anymore, that's because I'm usually working about 10 hours the next day on average.

Which is exactly what I did for today. :\

26.4kbps dial-up and no better. Good 'ol Benton. Seriously, they can't even get cable internet out here. This is freaking torrrcha.

Actually, they are working on 6Mbps lines out here with IPTV. At least it's trying to be as good as ADSL2 (which, btw, happened to go in right after I moved out from where I was...hah!).

Squarez Deluxe - Addicting puzzle game

HOLY FSCK FLASHBACK.

Do you know how long it's been since I've played that game? Shit it must've been 10 or 15 years. That's like me saying go play Bolo Ball or Isle Wars.

Hell, Scorched Earth works in a pinch.
