*EDIT* No More Post!

...Not much of a welcome, I'm sorry. It was selfish to ask for positive comments from you guys.
Sorry for the long read to those of you who went through it.

Thanks.

I have a new-found hate with the stuff.
Makes new-to-drinkers do really, really dumb things...'specially girls.

But Nick, Taryn and Jen are the top three that would be likely to be plastered on any given day.

Wanna bet?
...Nah, alcoholism isn't funny.

Anyone's partner done something fucked up whilst drunk?
...Yeah. That's why I hate my girlfriend drinking.

Hmm... I guess it's still possible that they scrap the whole "Wii-mote on it's side" scheme. Maybe he isn't revealing how it works because they just can't come up with something that works well.

Because I was being a tough-ass asshole.
I've tried everything to get her back, but it all seems moot.
I feel like it's time to move on.

Oh! And there's another guy involved...so that definately makes me feel less responsible.
I've had no job, but was willing to work on it to keep her, and even after getting one, she still didn't seem interested. Fuck it!

You probably don't give a fuck, but if you do, send me a PM.

I breathed a sigh of relief with this update.
I feared trophies were to be replaced with Assist Trophies and Stickers.

"X, Y - Zoom"
"C-Stick - View"
"Start Button - Change Lighting"?!?!?!?!

Plus, Sakurai likes the Gamecube Controller setup.

And just a little useless something I picked up on tonight;
The Japanese section of the site uses images from the Japanese build of the game, whilst all other languages use the English build for their images.
The Japanese section of the site's third image in today's update features a "NEW" above the Sticky Bomb and Cracker Launcher, along with a lower count of the trophies listed.

...Told you it was useless. Mildly interesting if anything.
"Nice find, Scatt."
"Thanks! "

I fell in love with it.
Bought my ex a PS2 (she was a Singstar fan) just so I had an excuse to buy the two games.
I convinced my brother to buy the '360 version, and although he can't beat all Medium songs, he loves it too.
So uhh... No more PS2 for me (...fucking bitch), so I'll buy GH3 for the Wii.

GH2 skills: Beat Freebird on Expert. Yeah! How do you like those lemons?
Jordan on Expert? Well, you can just fuck off then.
Less Talk More Rock is a nice song on Expert. A real hand-number (as in 'numm-er', not 'num-ber').

Was stuck on Hanger (insert number...I think it's 18) for about a month. After finally beating it, I suprised myself and my ex by beating Freebird on my first try...after having previously declaring the song "bullshit hard". Yeah, I had dabbled with the song before...so it wasn't really my "first try"...but it's still cool though.
"Wouldn't it be funny if you beat it on your first try?" the bitch said.

...Awesome game...awesome game.

Ah yeah! That was a "wtf?!" song for me at first, but now it's quite fun.
It's certainly much easier on the PS2 version. Just guitar preferences I guess.
I 99%d that one.

Hmm... Would you possibly own a Wii?
...Regardless, you'd probably just get the PS2 version of GH3, huh?
Would've been nice to challenge you some time.

YYZ is a pretty cool song. One of my favorites.
Reminds me of the Super Nintendo game "Plok!" for some reason.
Beast and the Harlot also = win.

Jesus Christ, man!
I thought it was something serious...
Good ol' Google.

"As it stands now, I don't know how much time left I have to live. I could die in a couple weeks, or several years. The doctors can't predict that due to lack of medical technology. There is just too many factors to consider. "

Just pictured you going in to see a doctor and asking "How long do I have, doc?"

Same here!
That island in Donut Plains... "There could be THREE stages there! "
The Vanilla Caves had a similar effect...as did the...Forest...World...
"There's this blue spot on the overworld map, but once I go into the mini-map, it's gone! THERE MUST BE A STAGE THERE!"

My dad got me to believe that "back in the old days", traffic lights were lit with a candle. Same with televisions.

Uhmmm..

Off-topic...but the first time I heard Vega's theme song from Street Fighter 2 at the local corner store, I WAS PUMPED!
I rode home on my bike yelling out the tunes (out of tone, ofcourse) whilst peddalling as fast as I could. Must've been 5 - 8 years old or something.

*Thinks*

If I didn't take a running leap onto my bed, some monster would get me or something.

My brother and I used to call out "Green, green, green, green etc..." at a red traffic light, and when it turned green, we felt we had a huge part in it.

In my opinion, it's kind of sad when a game can't deliver a decent single player experience, let-alone depend on multiplayer by itself'.
Shadowrun, Counter Strike...although awesome games, it really does appeal to a small market. This market is growing, which is good. Nintendo need to bloody jump on board, FFS.

You tire of adventure/puzzle games. You're a good man for acknoledging the fact that people feel the same way about your genre of choice. Kudos.

Your agrument about why you like FPSs is exactly the same as mine, except mine is geared towards Nintendo's style of games.
I enjoy the third-person view, yet dislike Gears of War.
Maybe it's a realistic style vs. non-realistic style...who knows.
It might go much deeper than graphical power, and just rely on the style, or "demographic" of the games.
It's incredibly possible that if not for Nintendo's uniqueness...ugh...
If Nintendo were just another fish in the three-fish-pond, they'd lose.
It'd be a repeat of the last generation.

Good on 'em for taking the risk...
...But I really do hate the way they're handling the "hardcore" games. Said games which are to show appreciation to the gamers who got 'em where they are.
Metroid Prime 3's advertising campaign is a main example.
I bet we can expect the same thing for Brawl.

Is watching people play video games with a smile on their faces, meaning reduced screenage of actual gameplay, REALLY that effective at attractive people?
I'm seriously doubting it at the moment...
The advertising campaigns are doing nothing, IMO. The only thing that's selling Wiis is word-of-mouths-'n-feces.
Sure, these commercials slightly what the Wii-mote can do, but...ugh...
I dunno...

We need an unbiased opinion on this...but we'd never get one, as people who hate video games would ONLY be persuaded by playing it themselves (word-of-mouth if you will), or would be consistant in not giving a fuck about it. These commercials do absolutely nothing!

It was, knuck? I found Nintendo's quite offensive. All they had to do was appeal to their fans, as they're the ones watching these press conferences. I'm interested in Wii Sports 2 with the Wii Motion Plus, as hands on impressionists say that the Wii Remote finally feels like it's doing what it promised. This thing needs to get standardized, quickly AND cheaply!
Nintendo will probably roll in even more piles of cash because of those extra gyro-mathingoes though.
