Hnn... Now, I may be biased, but... this basically is advertising an apparently inferior site. I don't really see what you offer that we don't; most of your specialized sections don't really do anything that we couldn't fairly easily. You do, however, make the good point that we're not as organized as we could be. If that is an issue you see, then we as administration could rectify it. You're saying that people should move there for a sense of coherence, but that doesn't feel different from moving here and us simply expanding our Fraxy section. Would you like us to do that? Because we could quite easily. In fact, it would be far easier for us to do that than it would be to establish an entirely new set of forums with another site and cause people to need to move again.

I also take issue with moving to another board for another reason. You're using phpBB, while we're using home-coded software. Because of this, our site is more modular than yours, and the administration here can theoretically just code any requested features into the board. There's a limit to what can be done with proprietary software, but if additional features were requested of the administration here, it would not be difficult for us to implement them.

As for your repeated statements that you hope you won't be banned, of course you won't. There's policy of banning people who sign up just to advertise, and that's pretty clearly not what you've done here.

This is the Kafuka Championship Series. This was brought about when I remembered about the ACS, and how pretty much everyone liked it. I also figured it would be an alright way to boost activity.

How this works is fairly simple: At the end of each day, calculated by server time (GMT +1, +2 during DST), the total posts everyone has made that day are counted, and the top 5 posters of that day get points equal to their rank - the person with the most posts gets 5 points, then down the line from there. At the end of each month, the person with the most points wins the KCS for that month. If it's popular enough (and we last long enough, ehehe), we may do a similar system to count winning in any given year.

The first counted day will be... Yesterday.

EDIT: If you have more than five posts in any given thread, posts beyond the fifth will not be counted towards your posts for the KCS. At the moment, this is not represented in the code, but it's easy enough to work out by hand.
