| I never do wide-spread pranks. I always only affect one specific person.
One of my friends has an eye problem, wherein he cannot see the color red effectively. It blends into the background terribly, and on solid black backgrounds he cannot see it at all. Usually the NFL Blitz machine in the campus cafeteria has no video at all, so people challenge themselves to "Blind Blitz," wherein they play while not having the slightest clue what's going on (unless they have really good memory and have played the game too much.) Sometimes, however, the movement gets to be that the red elements will show up, but nothing else. It is at these times that I challenge this friend to Blind Blitz.
Another friend of mine is a mildly annoying guy. He used to be much, much more annoying, but now he's quite tolerable, and a cool person at times. Just the same, he ever so often sets his backpack down and asks people to watch it. As soon as he's out of the room, I like to go up, take it, and put it in a closet not two feet from where it started. I don't think I've ever not done this. The looks of panic on his face before I get it for him are pretty cool. He should probably stop having so much faith in me.
There's lots of computer labs around, and everyone has their own account. You're supposed to log off when you're done... But some people don't always pay attention when logging off, and a program asks if it should save or just discard what they've done, so they just leave while they haven't logged off. A popular thing to do when you stumble upon to someone who isn't logged off is to take a picture of David Hasselhoff and set it as a web implement covering their desktop - most people don't know how to undo this, as it's not actually changing their desktop, it's a bit more involved. I, however, go one further - I take a screenshot of their desktop with nothing on it, set that picture as their desktop, hide desktop icons, and hide the start bar. I also change their mouse sensetivity, and their mouse icons, and the overall windows scheme. Another cool thing is setting the mousewheel to scroll a page for every notch, rather than three lines. Some people have different keyboard setups available - if they do, I always make sure to change that, too.
I have more, but I don't feel like getting into it. Send me a private message if you want to know anything else.
