The site you have requested could not be found. (404)

...?

Well the link seems to work now. This guy seems to be trying to put majora's mask maps into ocarina of time and he's doing pretty good. Wonder what will come from this editor. I'm impressed.

Okay, I need a sprite that acts exactly like the smashing wario fists from Super Mario Land 2 in the final level place. I've always wanted something like that. Still want that chain chomp too...

Works

How did you manage to get it working? I'm patching to a clean SMW rom and saving a level, but it still won't work. ~_~

Well, took me a while, but I eventually did get it to work, I think it has to be in a specific order:
1. Patch the... patch to a clean 512KB Super Mario World rom.
2. Go directly into Lunar Magic and Save any level of your choice. (don't know why you would need to find a level you want to save but, whatever.)
3. Open in the Emulator of your choice and enjoy. (All I know is that it works in zsnes, cause thats all I use.)

This is what I did. Hope it works for anyone else who wants it to.

Maybe you could modify a Thwomp to rise and fall continuously with no regards to Mario and hide it inside a dispenser made of No Mario Blocks?

I've tried something like that, but in utter failure I realized I am no good at changing sprites and the works. The closest I've gotten is with layer 2, but I kinda want a backround.

Edit: Layer 2 not layer 3.

The red circles just show the weird cliffing I see in your beautiful overworld. I think the one on the main overworld is something you might be aware of. However I found that on the first world your bridge casts a shadow down to the water, but there are also some ledges right up next to the water, without cliffing. I think you should either get cliffing in there (Which looks difficult, actually), or get rid of the shadow under the bridge. That's just me being a bit picky.

But, I absolutely love your overworld, gives off a sense of a large, explorable world in my eyes. I also like large cliffs... dunno why, just do. Keep it up Ice Man!

The only sprite I've ever truly wanted was the chain chomp, can't we make some sort of deal with them? Maybe a special sprite in return or something? Seriously, I want that chain chomp! *makes irritating noises that can make someones ears bleed*

Please pardon my poor English.

I am a member of a japanese SMW hacking forum.
All members of our forum wish to express our gratitude for mikeyk.

This comment is about japanese sprites.

Four people made these sprites.
One is the auther of starsw.zip.
He wants to remove this archive file from sprite tool, because he will update frequently.

Another one made chain chomp, revserse spiny, YI penguin, homing bullet, and ptooie.
He said that all rights of his works were abandoned. Therefore, modification and redistribution are free.

Another made the graphic of bokoboko and aramaki.
He also allow who doesn't pretend making by oneself, to modify and redistribute.

The last one made the sources of bokoboko and aramaki.
He has not shown in our forum.

The guy who made starsw.zip wants it not included with Sprite Tool because he plans to update it often. I see no mention of not wanting anyone else to use it.
Chain Chomp, Reverse Spiny, YI Penguin, Homing Bullet, and Ptooie are free to modify and redistribute.
Bokoboko and Aramaki, as best I can understand: you're free to modify and redistribute the graphics as long as you don't claim you made them. The guy who wrote the code hasn't yet commented.

Nowhere here does anyone say we can't use them. That was said earlier, before the authors had given permission.

Actually yes I did, a P.M. for chain chomp wouldn't be bad tho, considering mikeyk still hasn't been here to update sprite tool.

Edit: As a matter of fact, if anyone is feeling generous enough, I'd love to see all of the smb 3 enemies sent to me in my P.M. inbox. It would be appreciated.

Sounds pretty cool icegoom, when you figure this all out, (which I'm positive you will) Would you mind sending me the sprite? It would be pretty badass.

OK, that seems to have done it. Thanks. If anyone's interested in a roving Chomp, here it is. No guarantees it'll work properly. I know very little ASM, so the code's probably extremely sloppy. (If somone who knows what they're doing wants to look at it and see if there are any major problems, I'd appreciate it)
I have to say that is a really cool sprite you have going there. I have no problems with it, tho I kinda tweaked it a little bit just because I'm picky. I think it would be really cool if we had a chain chomp to where you could break the chain somehow and it would chase you around like the roving chomp.

Wow, I thought this game was really cool. Probably what they WANTED to make pong back in the 70s. Ya know, drugs. Yeah, you should get it.

Well, nevertheless I enjoyed it, kept me entertained for about an hour or so.

none of you people have any idea what true suffering and hatred are.

Your right, we don't and you may be suffering, and you make it sound like your living in hell. But the truth is, you have a house, food, drink, the money to GET a wii, and many people don't even have the internet.

As for the wii...what I did was, I had my dad get a reserve at a local gamestore so I would get it sometime in January. But I didn't stop there. I also went to EB games at least once a week to make sure they had at least 1 wii coming in anytime soon. Of course it took a lot of luck and determination, but eventually my brother heard the clerks talking and one of them said,"I'm going to the bank to get some money, don't let anyone buy it!" but the other clerk told him it was first come, first serve. My brother told me to go ask for a Wii again. As confused as I was, I went and asked and sure enough, he handed me my wii.

As for a job, keep bugging the people you want to work for even if they tell you to go away. It shows great work ethic, and they might even take you in.

The only filter I usually use is interpolation on ZSNES. I like to feel like I'm playing on a real SNES, dunno why, just do.

Tho I try and test my hacks under all filters.

It shouldn't change the time. The level looks to be designed to fight right in the middle of the bridge battle (if you haven't seemed to of noticed. ) In that battle on twilight princess you could just stand on the side where bulbin couldn't reach you for hours and the time would remain the same time.

Haha, can't wait to reenact the bridge battle with wario's bike.

If they truly don't want us using it, they should have left it to pms or something. What can they do? I think it's selfish and they just want to look better than us.

...now you can also just hold down the attack button to automatically do consecutive standard attacks.

That might get on my nerves. I'll get used to it but unexperienced players who only use the a button over and over like my cousin will get a kick out of it... consecutively. Nothing big, it's just me being picky.

This hack looks like loads of fun to play, can't wait for it.

My only complaint is the,"D" and,"s" in desire are harder to read. The,"D" is kinda small and the,"s" looks a little like a c.
