Collecting lives is fine. Rather you can't have Mario die. A few things are as of yet untested AFAIK: Vertical level, bosses, layer 2 & 3 effects... ____________________ |

Kinda pointless for me. The Wii and PSP browsers were free, and my only home wifi access point happens to be right next to the PC/Wii anyway. ____________________ |

If it's released on even one system where games are easily copied, pirates will likely just ignore the ban in their country and download it.
Only the legitimate paying customers are getting ripped off by a "ban". Those far outnumber the pirate users too for most software. ____________________ |

To my knowledge, I invented the word "Acmlm4chan" a while back. It didn't have any specific meaning.
The intention was that more of us would post relevant and non-trolling responses to the words being said, as opposed to seeing other's names and responding to the sight of them alone. Now we're mainly crappy one-liners. The ROM hacking forums for example are virtually dead in this anonymous phase. If you're wondering how I came up with this post, intelligence of mine tends to come in brief bursts. The rather rich and complex plot lines in my otherwise quite short/simplistic fan fiction is an example. ____________________ |

Me, I generally play Sonic for the entertainment value, not story. So I've tended to still enjoy the recent games enough to continue playing them. ____________________ |

This is nothing new, Nintendo was lazy and used SMW sound effects for certain actions in the SMAS games. Completely out of place there.  ____________________ |

You know... I often have to dumb down my posts, because of the sheer number of people online who either can't or refuse to understand technical details. Like trying to explain that 480p is not a true 16:9 resolution.

IIRC map tiles and their behavior are handled separately in that game. It can be tedious needing to set both for every square one edits.
Well, those pictures are in a very early state. It'll be easier to make constructive comments once more progress is made. I have long-dead hacks of Red, Gold, and Sapphire (least changes of them). The little I did is downloadable to be improved on or whatever. ____________________ |

I wouldn't be surprised if everyone's quality control has gone down the tubes. Been involved with video games since 1991. So having tested many different consoles and their accessories, I wholeheartedly consider the pack-in GameCube controller the single least reliable piece of gaming hardware I've ever encountered. ____________________ |
