The only editors available, iirc, are AdvanceMap and EliteMap. I'd recommend getting both, as they're both good for different things (though for the most part you could make do with just one, some things work better with one or the other and you get higher-quality hacks made using both). I'm not really sure what he used for the ASM though.

On the topic of the hack: ...wow. It looks like...a good hack. That's rare these days, especially in the realm of Pokemon hacking. Let's see some more good hacking.

Hey there, La-Mulanites fellow Fraxy players. There's a new update (20080606) out, it adds a bit to the editor (a total framecounter in the top right) and something about replays too. Sadly, the disappearing bullets glitch in the editor still exists...

Oh whoops, forgot to post the solution to the editor's disappearing bullets glitch (you can thank Madman200, it was his idea, I only tested to see if he was right).
Anyway, if you want to hit the "reset" button, first hit the "stop" button and then wait for all of the bullets to disappear, wait for a couple seconds afterwards, then hit "reset". It appears there's some sort of "bullet counter" that doesn't get reset when you hit "reset", so you have to let it get back down to zero or else it gets maxed out.

That's not a valid triplet, Elec/Ice are both super-effective against Flying...and that's it. It has to be "type 1 > type 2 > type 3 > type 1"
