I used to frequent here many many moons ago. I have been hanging out in the real world, but it really sucks out there. So here I am again, back in the comforts of the internet that's not associated with facebook. Been thinking about getting back into ROM hacking for something to do.

I havnt been here in 6 or 7 years but the code for the board seems to be going in the right direction. Maybe if we could bring back people interested in coding and indie game dev then we could inject some life into the community? There used to be specific forums for PHP/MySQL, C/C++, etc. Also maybe you could make forums for indie game dev such as RPG Maker, XBox Live, and so on. Slowly over time more content will be added to these specific forums and thus we will show up on more google searches and draw in more people.

I also agree that the RPG system should be worked on and further developed. If you guys need a hand then I can help out some. This place used to be awesome even for its basic level/rank system of old. Its a unique place to hang out on the internet, and should never die just for that reason.

So I have been toiling away for the past couple of days on my latest project titled Aliahan Magic. I aim to make it an all in one editor for Dragon Warrior 3.

I havnt actively been involved in rom hacking for years and I was wanting to mess around with Dragon Warrior 3. As far as I could tell there arent any programs to help me out with this so I figured I would make one and then release it to the community. The project is still in its infancy and it will be a while before a release.



So would there be any interest in a program like this?

Ive been kinda depressed lately so ive been listening mostly to Silverstein, Senses Fail, and Scary Kids Scaring Kids. I have several of their albums on a playlist called "The S List" :p

Its a jail food that my ex's stepdad showed me. He is always in and out of jail.

Basically its noodles, some kind of chips, beefstick/slimjim, and cheese.
You make the noodles, and add the seasoning.
Crush up the chips (I use doritos or spicy cheetos) and dump them in.
Cut up (Or tear up, whatev) your slim jim and throw it in there.
Add some cheese and mix it all together.
After its all together you put it in a ziplock bag and roll it up tight and let it sit for about 15 minutes or so. It will become what he called a brick at this point.

It may sound strange or maybe even gross, but it is one of my go-to comfort foods these days. Its super filling and super fattening
Dont knock it till ya tried it.

Anyone ever mess with the game Robocode?
