I've been working on some levels for Mario's Trials. The first two screenshots you see show you an entrance in Area 2, and the following are screenshots of an underground area that the entrance leads into.

As for the Toad House levels, take a quick peek at this tad of information if you don't mind Toad missing, maybe. You're probably going to need to set the sprites in there the same way you set the sprites for the Hammer Brother battles.

I remember watching Bleach and other anime series a couple of years back. I would even go with my friends to a comic store and game stores to buy Naruto games and others as well.

The above snaps are better than the shots I could ever take; that's for sure.

Although I've got people who say that handwriting like chungy's would be better than all posted so far, mostly because there's nothing else to talk about for five minutes other than how bad high school football theams have been doing.

How long did it take you to learn that?

How long did it take you to set up and learn graphical programming?

I enjoy almost all spicy foods, even if my tongue and lips feel as if they are on their last legs. The spicy foods I've eaten, which inlcude but most definitely are not limited to jalapeños, habaneros, and hot wings off the top of my head (and probably many others) all tasted well enough for me. Old Mill's Eye Poppin' Kettle Corn is another great favorite.

Flamin' Hot snacks are barely even spicy to the point that I don't feel a thing. I remember eating them and thinking otherwise many years back.

Posted by Emuz
Frankly I've grown enough of a tolerance that I need to go past Jalapeños if I really want to experience anything really. I usually put Jalapeños on anything that it's an option...
We usually had some awesome cheese dipping "sauce" (or something like that) that was wonderfully delicious. One time, jalapeños were blended in, and spicy beef was added also. I liked it, but others were quite scared to take another bite.

I'll just assure anyone that the fire department is ready to roll.

Action/Adventure games/RPGs like StarTropics, Super Mario Sunshine, etc.
Arcade
FPSs
Multiplayer
Platformers
Puzzles/Strategy
RTSs that don't last 2+ hours

Sandbox games, in general, are very entertaining. As long as there's not some very dull, repetitive, tedious work, I'll enjoy the game. I've been hooked on to Minecraft as if it were heroin.

Many racing games just don't last long for me. Midnight Club: LA Remix wore out after six races into the story. However, the Grand Theft Auto titles kept me going because I felt there was little repetitiveness and that you were always aiming for more; but it wasn't re-racing a set of tracks over and over until you claimed enough goods. There is always something for you to do.

If there's an RPG that involves walking that takes so long to do with interesting gameplay far and more than few with nothing interesting around, then it'll bore me a bit.

Posted by KP9000
MMO's are definitely not my favorite since it's basically a regular RPG without the story! The work that needs to be done seems to be multiplied exponentially to even get anywhere.

Most definitely.

That's it for now...

I've typed up the level tiles/data format. I've also typed up the music format and the offsets as well as some random stuff. I've also found the offsets for enemy/sprite data.

Who knows? Maybe this will become a project-of-sorts.

The hack is harder than the original game, and maybe a tiny bit harder than my previous hack as well. However, it should still be beatable for most people - my ultimate goal is always to make my hacks contain some challenge, while not being so frustrating that they're not fun to play. This means that there are no unfair or invisible traps or anything like that.

Yeah sorry about butchering your topic, but I don't get this logic. I played (or at least tried) your last hack, the rise and fall of wily, so I got a pretty decent idea at what you got going here if it's the same/harder.

Now, don't get me wrong, I don't mind hacks like these that are clearly for huge fanatics of X video game series and are clearly made to be challenging for them. But seriously, don't market your hack as something it's not. This is not an hack that an casual megaman fan like me could pick up and play. (AKA; people who have played and beaten a few classic megaman games. 2, 6, 7, 9 and 10 in my case) You would have to be a pretty darn fan/borderline megaman hacker to find something like this enjoyable.

Megaman games are frustrating at heart since it will take time to learn them and figuring out how to deal with what each of the stages throws at you.
Usually, ROM hacks target those people who loved to play the game previously. Such people could even include those who've never heard of the game before and bought/downloaded it a while ago. I want to play ROM hacks of games that I'm very familiar with, but if a ROM hack looks appealing, I'd play the original game and possibly other hacks of the same game to bring me up to speed if it's too difficult. However, I wouldn't just put the game down because of a single hack. Numerous fails while playing a game lead to improvement 93% of the time, so it feels great when you are successful in the end. Dr. Wily (or whoever the antagonist is) wouldn't just allow Mega Man to skate through the terrain this time around, would he? However, though, relying on overly difficult-to-replicate glitches would be crossing the line.

Seeing the Rise and Fall of Dr. Wily, I know this project will be spectacular, DurfarC! Keep progressing, and keep us up to date!

I don't know. I can't really convince myself that I've even drunk enough to decide. It depends on whether it's cold, flat etc.

I don't drink any I've never drunk any (save for Gatorade and Powerade) and I don't ever intend to eat or drink energy foods. I don't even drink coffee. I'm sure as a neck I won't drink Red Bull, Four Loko, AMP, and all those concoctions. I've never taken energy pills or things like 5-Hour Energy.

Red bull gives you wings.
That's why you don't drink it.

Hooray for my 999th post!

When was the last time you've been boating? Where do you boat the most? Where do you swim the most, and how often?

I believe it's been over 4 months now. I last swam at my friend's huge apartment complex. It has a mini waterfall and only drops 5 feet deep. However, it must have been over two years since I've been to a public pool or one that drops 11 feet or deeper.

I was just about to find a little bit about My Little Pony. I'm going to be sure not to watch anything about it now.

I have no laptops, although I got to use my sister's laptop for eight minutes four or more years ago. I haven't had any Apple products. More jobs departing this year.

Posted by Omi
I could probably set up my old laptop, only problem is it's absolutely filled with viruses, so not really sure what I could do with it. Just sluggish as all hell.

Anything on the disk you'd like to keep? What if you did a clean install of an OS?

Viruses are fun. Maybe I'll go into business as a computer doctor.

The George W. Bush Virus - causes your computer to get in harm's way and look for websites of mass destruction (and possibly a 1.73% margin of error). You should check into Paul Revere protection.

Crush the backdoor trojans too. Yeah, all right. You can kick the USC Trojans too.

Glad I didn't waste my recent post.

Not today, but I've found acmlm.no-ip.org/board more reliable on rare occasions. I also checked both domains' page ranks and got a 1/10. It doesn't matter, anyhow.

I haven't gone swimming since public school. We had a class trip to a local indoor pool place. I don't remember the last time that I was on a boat, if I ever even was

A school swimming trip? We went to the U.S. Space and Rocket Center last year, and that was it. I went to a hotel in St. Louis in 8th grade for three days. So our schools really didn't do activities like that.

To connect this with your "Caves" thread, I never seem to do anything that you get to do where you live, Z.

Wasn't it so much better when I remained mysterious and didn't post in General Chat?
Posted by Omi
Posted by Xeruss

you must live in a rather geographically diverse place.

Or by the coast/sea..

This is an area near where I was born, there's caves, rocks to climb, the ocean.. A lot of things to do

I didn't really get to do cave exploration. Only twice, and that was long ago. I haven't swum in a river or lake, and I swam once in a gulf ages ago. All you need is a pond/lake to boat and swim in. Of course, you can swim in a pool, and it doesn't matter where you're at. Huge lakes can be a part of rivers. I remember reading that almost everyone lives within a 1-mile radius of a river or stream. Of course, some streams may be too small to boat in.

For me, it's probably once a month most times, but sometimes a couple times each month. I saw Green Lantern last week. I don't use Netflix or Comcast Channel 1 or Pay-Per-View or whatever that stuff is. I usually go to a theater. There's some dollar theaters around, so I don't watch a movie as soon as it's released unless someone invites me to join them.

I've been working on StarTropics for the past month or so off and on, along with a few other things; I decided to make videos and share a little bit of what's going on. These three videos show some stuff centered around Halloween, so some rooms may have new things, and others are tests of courage. The main thing is the music, which were lowered in pitch by modifying the music data, whose format is quite simple.

Feel free to post which is your favorite, but don't hold back anything else either.

Also, these videos are optimized in HD.
