Skreename was a horrible pun based on a Metroid enemy and the fact that it was my screenname. This is an abbreviation of said horrible pun, but should hopefully cut the misspellings in half.
I very definitely need a new and witty name, but I have no creative spark... |

Posted by pikaguy900 You can actually see what he's referring to in this image: Posted by S.N.N.Take note of how the shoes are rather hideously mis-shaded on it. Aside from that, which I'd assume was in the original game as well, this still looks excellent. |

That's not the reason why at all. Go into an x-2 level in the regular game, the colors will still be just as ugly. Meanwhile, 1-7 (Touch Fuzzy, Get Dizzy) never has shoes that have the brightness reversed like that.
Fuzzies cause things to all be tinted a similar but varying color. They will not be like that unless they were that way to begin with. |

I've grown up with cats and dogs. I could never stand to know someone I knew personally abused or neglected them. It's just... inhumane, you know?
(I'm still carnivorous... well, omnivorous, but that point still stands. I'd prefer to know my food animals weren't forced to live in agony their entire lives, but there's not so much I can do about that.) Insects, ants in particular, can go to hell. My house had way too many ants over last summer, it was kinda... sickening. Spiders are cool, though. |

Dude, wtf. Why would there need to be approval for quoting?
And more importantly, why are you advocating it? Wouldn't that be shooting yourself in the foot? |

I play Civ 4 often enough, either with some friends back home or a few people up here (where here is at school, in the dorms and surrounding area). Very fun.
I happen to play as the Americans in it. Roosevelt, specifically. I like what Industrious does. |

Yes, trumpet is Bb.
I used to play Alto Sax in high school. It's halfway tempting to pull it out of the closet and do something on it, but... Inconvenient. (That one's Eb. Makes Bb look simple to transpose by comparison.) |

So... 2 sounds really grate on my nerves (well, among others, but not likely to have to deal with dental drills here). Constantly clicking a pen, and drumming on the desk with one. Care to guess which two behaviors I have to deal with when I try to go to sleep?
Once I'm asleep, I'm out for a while. But... until then, it's miserable. (Add to this the fact that my roommate's evidently decided that a good time to sleep is from 2000-0000, then stay up until 5 or so... yeah. It's very sad that he stays up later than I do, seeing how I tend to be awake until 0200-0300. And that's on days I have class at 0800.) |

Main ones I can think of right now are E.V.O (on the Super NES), which was very fun even though I never hear much about it, Space Station Silicon Valley (N64; unfortunately has some frustrating parts, but very cool on the whole), and the much more recent Cubivore (GCN).
For those who don't recognize the titles: E.V.O: Sidescrolling level-based game where you kill stuff to evolve, grow a horn, etc. When you finish a world, you get moved forward where you change into the next stage of evolution, such as from fish to amphibian. Very nifty game with some RPG elements. Space Station Silicon Valley: So there's this space station. Filled with robot animals. And it's flying straight towards Earth (OH NOES!). You play as a robot's control chip, and you take over the various animals to accomplish various goals in each level. Cubivore: Another game where you kill stuff in order to evolve. Gamecube this time, though, even though the game uses like... 30 polygons a level. Very distinctively styled. Each creature has a color or colors; eating different colors changes your form. Main problem with the game is that it's absurdly rare, hence why so few people have heard of it. I also have to throw a vote in for Incredible Machine (and its spinoff, Sid & Al's Incredible Toons), Chaotix, and Puggsy. All have a place in various fond memories of my childhood. |

Is this a "post pictures of your cats" topic now? Because I can post mine... Even if I don't have any pictures of my dad's cat.
Squeak and Isabelle Isabelle being unofficially named after Hurricane Isabel, without which we would have never gotten her. Squeak and Rascal These two are brothers. Yes, they are both rather fat. (The pictures aren't too big, are they?) |

You know, laptops typically just take a bit of getting used-to. There's nothing inherently wrong with them, they'lre just a bit different-feeling from normal keyboards.
Bah. I almoset Engrished my post. 2 typos. Woo? |

To be quite ohonest, I think I typo more when I type slowly than when I type at a normal rate. It's something weird, like the whole self-fulfilling prophecy thing, you think more about making typos, so they appear more often.
And I still added an extra o to honest. It's a silent o, dangit! |

That would be the proper translation of part of the intro to Zero Wing, Drag. "With the kind cooperation of the federal government forces, we have captured (received?) all of your bases."
It's good to see we have the archives here now. |

I'm pretty sure the Mags are described as left-handed casting weapons. Mainly looking forward to slicers myself, but the new Barba Ray could be fun to fight.
...Is it just me, or does that HUmar costume seem to have a Skyly section ID on it? Looking forward to this, either way. Slicers have been sorely missed, and some extra variety in weapons could never hurt. (Seriously, the normal game has what, 8 S-ranks per weapon type? Compared to PSO which has some 20 rares per... it's a bit lacking.) Challenge mode would always be a plus, if it's added. I know there's text in the normal game for it. |
