You should listen to him, Trapster, he's telling the truth! Your results are skewed because of the EVs that were earned through Exp. Share. Use a bunch of EV reducing berries and retry your numbers, then report back with proper IV values.

But when I´ve used those berries, it´ll still have those IVs since I didn´t enter any Effort Points into the fields when checking the IVs, correct?

You do realize using those berries will lower the stats in accordance with the number of EVs subtracted, right? Every 4 EVs it loses makes the stat go down by 1. and if it has a LOT of EVs, those stat IVs could sharply decrease.

It does not have a lot. I know that, at least. But I know that the IVs on it are good.

Yeah. Save, Use eleven of each of the appropriate berries (this will kill all EVs), redo the calculation, and then load.

If you don't have eleven of the berries... Why? They grow pretty quick, with 5 generated from a successful planting.

You go ahead and talk about EVs...I can't even get how to tell the amount Torterra has. (I'm not bothering with growing Berries until after E4.)
Bleh.

<--Update on my team...-->
Quagsire, Lv39 Bold
Rapidash, Lv40 Calm
Staraptor, Lv40 Lax
Luxray, Lv41 Brave
Gyarados, Lv43 Hardy
Torterra, Lv43 Adamant

How am I doing?

Get rid of Quagsire. Put in a good Ghost or Dark or Psychic or Fighting type instead.

Well, Quagsire's my Boulder-Shover Silver-Surfer. He's the one that knows Strength and Surf, so dropping him will limit my ability. If you know another Pokémon that can get both of those, by all means tell me. But unless there's no longer going to be a need for a move whatsoever, I'm not letting an HM-Move Pokémon out of my party.

Bibarel. The ultimate HM slave. You don't seem to need to use Quagsire, so use the beaver. It learns all HMs except Fly and Fog Clear.

DeFog. Both of those are equipped to Staraptor. So, if I give Strength, Surf, Rock Smash, and Waterfall to a Bibarel, that will be all 8 moves on 3 Pokémon, seeing as how Torterra uses Cut and Rock Climb already.
But I'm going to capture a Bidoof from the earliest stages and train it up, since they get the most points at the end of the L100 Climb.

So, I just obtained a Deoxys in a trade but I can't really decide which form to use. Should I use its Normal Form, Attack Form, Defense Form, or Speed Form? It has a Naive nature and according to Deoxys profile, it likes to relax which indicates that HP will have the highest IVs.

Naive increases speed but lowers special defense so it rounds it out to defense or speed formation, I suggest defense since on the Japanese Battle Revolution on Youtube I saw a team of 4 speeds lose with the winner only losing I think 2 or 3 pokemon.

This man is insane and don't listen to him. Ghost attacks are very common in uber, and all the good ones are special. If you use defense, you will not fare very well. Go with attack.

Mew. The ultimate HM slave. You don't seem to need to use Quagsire, so use the Legendary. It learns all HMs
Now it seems to be even better. I had to edit it but it's ok.

Can't get Mew until the point where having an HM slave at all is completely pointless.

Raising a Regirock to lv 81 is a fucking bitch. NEVER try it. His best attack is rock throw and Dig (which I used a TM on).

Whats the point of enslaving Mew? I mean a Bibarel is much easier to get. THE END.

Alright, I'm going to go with Deoxys' Attack Form then. Since his Special Attack is slightly higher than it's attack right now, I'm going to make it a Special Sweeper. Here's the moves I'm going to teach it.

- Psychic: Already knows it and Deoxys gets a STAB bonus from using this.
- Shadow Ball: Since Ghosts are common now, Shadow Ball would be super effective against Ghosts as well as Psychics.
- Ice Beam: I've seen people use Garchomps a lot lately in battle so Ice Beam would be useful against them as well as other Dragons.
- Thunderbolt: Useful against anyone using Water or Flying.

Shouldn't you give it Focus Blast incase of Dark types?

...a Bibarel is much easier to get. THE END.
A big part of that is how Bidoof doesn't stick around for long. Only something like Lv15 for evolution to occur.

Now I'll be heading to the final gym with Exp.Share Bibarel in the back. Only 7 HMs are in tow, meaning I'll need to keep a lookout for Waterfall, plus I missed App.6 somewhere. Got Info?
