I banned IE from using anything, including javascript. So no infection there.

However I still like Firefox, due to the fact I can make it look any way I want, and have any feature I want.

I think I will let the image speak for its self.

We're proud to present a translation patch for all of Case 1; grab it here. That's about 2 hours of gameplay in total. Everything in the case is translated except a few graphics (such as the title screen, and "Objection!") whose meaning should be clear from context. In order to use it, you'll need both a copy of the original ROM and a GBA emulator or flashcart. Also, for those who tried out the preview translation: don't attempt to use this new patch on a partially translated ROM. Apply the Case 1 patch only to the original Japanese ROM.

I hope you'll enjoy it; it's one of my favorite cases in the series and I put a lot of effort into making sure the translation does it justice. Now back to work on the rest of the game. It will be a long time before we can release the next case, but enjoy what you have!

Linky

I think the project may be dead, however you can see it as a teaser for the next game.

Just thought I should post it here

(There are also a lot of other things that stop Microsoft from simply "patching IE to fix things" that nobody considers. Remember that you have to be very careful when dealing with IE, as it is highly integrated into the OS -- botch one thing somewhere, and ...

That is why browsers that are not integrated into the OS are better. To be honest, if opera was as extendable/easy to remove features as firefox is, I would use it.

However, I like my nice little extension list. It is.. more useful to me.

Do I won prize for lean?

I was not going for lean, I was going for functional for me. :p

Although your Firefox is small... is everything under one button?

Now that we are on the Firefox discussion bandwagon, what extensions do you use?
If you post a image, post it in jpg format, to make it smaller

Mine.. woo:

Hm, once the AI data is figured out, you could use this to automatically generate the paths for new tracks. Does yours do everything by itself or do you have to plot a few points first? A variation on this could be useful in my MK64 editor, once it's capable of actually editing things.

Hyperhacker, may I direct you to The mario Kart AI thread? Or are you talking about the N64 version? :p

Anyway it looks fun, you overlooked a link to the project page though. Snoopy Concert

Edit: Just played through it, it is indeed a fun time waster, however sometimes you get lost without any idea where to go.

However, most of the games are fun. Only 2/4 of them make you want to use savestates.

How many Pokémon hacking threads have there been lately? How many of them on the old board weren't stupid?

I believe the average was 1/12, but that was a rhetorical question right?

Mine came from the idea of data being different types. I think I can blame Megaman Access the anime for this name.

Edit: Typo Fix.

Nice, you built it like some Paper Mario TTYD Textures.
Good work.

What will we cook today is my lazy way of making all the ingredients match the title. :p

Maybe the icons got corrupted in the jar package? Try downloading and reinstalling.

Dosen't that depen on browser/cache settings though?

I don't see that happening often with Firefox (at least with the settings I currently have) but sometimes it did with IE. Not really a big issue either way as a quick refresh solves that issue.

You forget that people in general are stupid. Well, sometimes. :/

It's a brand new adventure. With a brand new attitude. So of course I am going to catch 'em all. Being the best I can be.

I have always been a fan of pokemon, I usually pick up the "combo version" of the games though.. Like Yellow, Crystal, Emerald, Etc.

However I might pick up one of these versions... just to exploit what more than likely will be lovely lovely glitches.

There have been patched glitches. They have allowed the player to get 2 of the Event Poke's. (Darkrai and Sheimi). Patched, due to leakage. Yay.

Patched the known glitches. Pokemon is famous for bugs.
I will hunt till I break.. or at least mess with the game.

I'm not going to take a side on this, but I'll say this: if inventors know that their work can and will be widely and easily taken without credit--fiscal or otherwise--they won't have any incentive to create. And there are so many fewer successful inventors and creators than there are pirates.
Piracy never stopped anyone in the VHS days, when copying a video was as easy as owning two VCRs and having a blank tape.

Photocopying, typing it out by hand, recording off the radio...
I am in agreement with xkeeper here.

Also people should have the right to play their media on whatever they want.
