What exactly do you need help with? Your post isn't very specific, which is basically frowned upon in the community, when someone requesting help cannot even take the time to provide as many details as possible when making a post so that other people who might actually have the knowledge and skills to help don't have to take their own time just to feed for more relevant information from you.

It'd be honestly a good idea to say what in specific you want to edit instead of just giving us a vague idea. Like, do you want to edit the text of the title screen? The logo itself? The intro message? Maybe the palettes too? All of it, even? We're not mind readers, so please use precision while discussing requests like this whenever you can. Being vague is pretty much miscommunication, which isn't liked much in the community.

BLOCK CAPITALS And Talking Like This isn't exactly a good way to convey your post. Plus it still kinda lacks detail as to your exact problem (other than the logo)...

You can look here if you need to spice up your title screen for Metroid. There's a patch where the title screen is changed.

My best guess is that you want to change the title screen.

I'm still not entirely sure what your planned changes are or what the exact problem is. For instance, are you planning to change the visual appearance of the logo, or do you want to rearrange the graphical tiles that form the logo, or both? In any case, I'm done waiting for you to be more specific.

For future reference, again, please just be more specific from the start. The only reason I looked into this at all is because I wanted to see if I could figure it out for my own curiosity. In the future, when you're asking questions, tell us as many details about your problem(s) and process(es) as you can possibly consider.
Which utilities have you used so far? Based on your previous posts, I know of Tile Layer Pro for editing graphics.
Which utilities do you use to test out your changes?
Have you had anyone else help you out with anything? What did they change?
What's your ROM hacking setup visually look like? (Yes, post screenshots!)
What did you have for breakfast this morning?
I'm serious. Leave no detail unexplored. Whenever you have some sort of issue, depending on whatever your situation is, anything could potentially be more helpful than nothing.
Next time, I doubt anyone will bother at all.

So, if this post still isn't helpful after everything is said and done, then be more specific.

In the FCEUX/FCEUXD emulator, you can view the tiles used to build the title screen in the PPU Viewer. From what I can tell, these tiles are within the range of 40 to 8F.

The first tile used in the "METROID" logo has an ID of 40, drawn at PPU Address $2103.

In the hex editor tool, under the View menu, if you switch to PPU Memory, you can view the values of the tiles visible on the main display screen, and on the screen within the Name Table Viewer.

If you want to just simply edit the graphics, they're visible in Tile Layer Pro after scrolling down to 0x18400.

If you want to edit the graphical tiles used to "build" the title screen, that data is located near the beginning of the ROM file. In the hex editor tool, switch to the ROM file, and navigate to 0x00443 in the ROM. The value of this byte is 21. Following it is a 03. That's the PPU Address for the first tile of the "METROID" logo.

In the image below, I used highlights to break the data strings up into groups that are visually friendly.
The red highlights represent PPU Address starting points for each string of data.
The blue highlights represent how many tiles (in hex) are contained within each string of data.
The yellow highlights represent the actual tiles used to build each individual line/area of tiles, as they appear on the title screen. The last two groups that I highlighted are the "PUSH START BUTTON" and copyright lines.

So, this post hopefully helps to cover where the logo graphics are located within the ROM so that you can access them through Tile Layer Pro, and where the tile values are within the ROM so that you can even change the *way* that the logo is constructed, if you're looking for more advanced options and to further customize your modifications.

If I completely missed your course of direction, then you'll hopefully finally realize why I was so determined for you to be forthcoming and detailed from the start.

If you need specific help with designing a custom logo graphically, that is beyond the scope of this post, and frankly, you would be better off with whatever you can produce through your own effort than anything that I could come up for you, if I was even in an artistic mood (which I'm not). Though you might be able to find assistance elsewhere if you seek help in the right place.

Best of luck.
