You would probably know which ones are best.
However if you ever heard of gsarchives.net They used to be one of the best editing sprites out there. Spriters resource comes as close as gsa, the only issue with that half the people there look out for themselves and want to be paid. https://web.archive.org/web/20050205133036/http://www.gsarchives.net:80/phpBB2/index.php GSA had a real bad falling out and sadly but surely they closed it down after 2006. I'll never forget it when a guy named K-TOF did a 360 of being an outright cool guy turned into a complete asshat. 
Just stop beating around the bush already and just tell us what game you are trying to edit. Not everyone here is for doing it for free unless they are working on a particular game to give some help. |

I feel like English isn't this person's first language, and I've tried to be flexible (considering the state the board has been in for years now, as I'm sure we're all already fully aware) and wait to see if they could produce useful, meaningful, and informative posts. However, from what I've seen, they've only linked to hacks that don't seem to be their own, made a bunch of individual threads that could have probably been one combined thread, and posted requests (that may or may not even be requests) that could have been posted in either the Hack Ideas Thread and/or the General Megaman Hacking Thread.
I don't want to have to censor or make it seem like I'm targeting anybody, but I have come to the conclusion that this individual's posts and threads need to be cleaned up, and any future posts that follow suit should just simply be removed. |

I think they come from Japan, could you maybe do an IP lookup and confirm that? (Obviously don't tell me anything, but it'd be nice for you to have some confirmation).
Anyhow, some of these resources are useful to new ROM hackers, so might as well leave the thread open as a quick reference... |

I've tried to tell this person before a few weeks ago that all these requests he keeps making are not very easy, and it takes alot of work to do any such things, ...but he continues to keep making the same exact posts over and over again ...
he's posted like this almost a dozen times on the rockman remodelling board at 2ch (japanese BBS) which has gotten really annoying there too. it's been irritating some people there as well. |
