Hair: medium length, wavy, and brown.

Attire: A beaten up black hoodie, tattered, ripped pants that cut off at about knee height, but past that are bandages all down his legs like that of a martial artist's, and tall, agile, futuristic combat boots. He has gloves on his hands, leather, with the fingers cut out, and a metal plate on each glove across the bones across the top of the hand. He wears a black and green skullcap, wears rectangular glasses, but doesn't really need them, and smokes a lot.

Weapons: None, save for Ryoju Kyuuken, his martial arts ("Fist of the West Star")

Background: Born into the post-apocalyptic world after the nuclear war devastated all life on the planet, Kyo struggled to survive along with everyone else he knew. All his life, Kyo had been under the watchful eye of Master Liang, the last surviving master of Ryoju Kyuuken, Kyo and his rival Ishimaru being the only students Liang had. One cloudy day, 3 months ago, after both had become designated masters in the art, Ishimaru killed Liang in his sleep, left a note written his his Master's blood next to Kyo's bedside, and ran off into the night, never to be seen again. From that day forward, Kyo tried to promise that he'd never use Ryoju Kyuuken for killing, but only for the good of mankind if at all possible, but in the world everyone lives in now with all the pillaging and lawlessness, that promise is hard to keep. He made another promise, one that would never be broken no matter what: Kill Ishimaru for his treacherous ways.

How power points work: There are 1,109 Power Points in the average human body. These points, when pressed, hurt very badly. When struck with enough force, they can burst. This is what Kyo's martial art revolves around, however, Kyo pours his own chi into the attacks, making them burst with more lethality than before. The only to overcome such a glaring obstacle would be to deactivate your power points, or have such a form that it would obscure your power points almost completely. Many fighters can do this, but only a few can do it well, which is to say, keep it masked all the time.

Techniques:
-Hundred Crack Fist of the West Star- Kyo unleashes an incredibly fast wave of 100 fast punches, one random one guaranteed to his a pressure point that would be fatal to the enemy if struck. The power point, Ryukiishi, is in the temples of the head, and when pressed, the energy poured into it makes the enemy's brain expand and burst in an eruption of blood.

-Secret Maneuverer: Flying Kick of the Little Dragon- This technique is an aerial kick that will counter almost any other martial art move, and be sure to slash at the chest of abdominal area of the opponent with the feet.

-Slashing Fingers of Deadly Skies- The technique waves the fingers around as though he were scratching or slashing at something. On commonplace enemies like bandits, he can cut their bodies to ribbons, but on harder opponents, he can only create gashes in their bodies, depending on their fortitude.

-Seven Way Slash of the West Star- Kyo performs a series of punches, slashes and kicks, hitting power points throughout the bodies of up to seven opponents, all killing them in a style similar to the Hundred Crack Fist.

-West Star Combat Breathing Aura- Kyo relaxes his body in order allow the other 70% of his body's potential to come out (normal humans only use 30% of their body's potential), and forces adrenaline rush to his body the whole time.

-Deadly Mountain Splitting Blow- Not using any pressure point techniques, this attack splits the skull of the victim vertically with a chop.

-Healing Pressure Points of the West Star- By self-inflicting damage upon six pressure points in the leg, Kyo can heal all wounds and ailments, but his lifespan will be considerably lowered. Not necessarily a combat situation, for most fights Kyo gets in does not require such techniques.

-Deadly Strike of Regret- Kyo shoves his fingers into the temples of his opponent, pushing a certain pressure point. After her pulls them out, the enemy has 15 seconds to live before the pressure point is activated, and the body is blown in half vertically.

-Pressure Point Cancellation Technique- To cancel a deadly pressure point attack, Kyo strikes his finger into the back of the opponent's neck, hitting the power point "Gakoman", stopping the lethal effects.

-Tornado Spinning Kick of the West Star- Kyo leaps vertically in the air, and spins very quickly, with his right foot extended, striking all those around him, knocking them back, with an off chance to strike the lethal pressure point in the face, "Kamanagi".

-Blazing Heart! Fist of the West Star!- This Kyo's most feared technique. After using his breathing technique, He hits a pressure point in his own shoulder, forcing all the chi into that arm, making an amazingly fast, horrifically powerful punch that, when connected, will be lethal, regardless of power points. If struck in the head, the skull would shatter and the brain would be blown out the back of the head. If hit in the stomach, the fist will plow through the enemy, leaving a gigantic hole in his gut. The downside is that this move a while to charge up (about 15 seconds), and it, like the "Healing Pressure Points" technique, it too will shorten his lifespan, but only by weeks, unlike the months or years the Healing technique would cause.

Kyo stood on the badlands cliff blowing his cigarette smoke through his thin lips, the evening sun soon to fade into twilight, but not for a few hours, maybe. The world was dry and barren, and everything was corrupt. The wind blew past his ears, and he smiled. His chi senses could pick up someone behind him.

"Heh. I knew you'd show up. Heard a lot about you." Finally, he turned his head towards him.
"So; you wanna spar, or what? Promise I won't blow your head off with my Kyoju Kyuuken!" he declared with a carefree grin.

Attire: White Shirt, Cargo Pants, and a backpack. Simple Simple. Then some crazy skintight armor underneath that you'll never get to see.

Alex is your smooth talking, generically cynical, "awesome" guy. A "badass" if you will... He's also got a way with the ladies, and a nice long back story, which I'll post later... ... maybe sometime this week... hell maybe even tonight, if I feel like it... ... ... Probably sometime before I die... I usually get around to these things...

He's memorized, and can play over 600 different songs. He's written his own, too, but you probably wont be privileged with hearing one of those, since I can't play guitar very well, and don't know how to write up music. Aside from that, if you were to hear one of them, it'd probably be the last sound you would ever hear.

Special techniques are performed by playing these songs (or whatever he makes up). Timestamps and links to music will be provided, to help sort all of what he does out. On faster songs, there would probably be balls of energy flying about, with so many of them that from far away, it'd look like a very colorful cloud. On slower songs, there would probably be less individual attacks, but more damage to each one. In depth descriptions will be provided.

Alex's guitar itself can change into many different forms. It normally resembles a blue Ibanez Universe but can change into just about any other sort that he feels like. (y'know... cheesy stuff... like for heavily Shadow based attacks, it'd become a warlock, or something

Concerning other Abilities
Alex has a variety of very diverse attacks. At one point, he was a blue mage, but he has since lost the ability to learn new attacks from his opponents (for no reason at all). These blue magic attacks are powerful (some of them, at least) but require a lot of energy. He'd only use these in desperation.

He can also perform (weak) improvised variations of just about any sort of magical attack you could think of, with a very short amount of lag time between casts. These aren't that powerful or useful though, and the most likely one that you'll see are quick barriers to defend against weak but hard to dodge projectiles, or a gust of wind to blow you off balance. The only sort of magic that he can't use all that well is time magic, because a weak time spell wouldn't do a damn thing.

"Haha... You blow my head off? Well shit... that would be painful... Don't go doing that then." Alex smiled and closed his eyes, showing off his pearly whites. "But I'm afraid I can't make the same promise..."

He stood there, holding onto the strap of his beloved guitar, tugging on it. With a quick flip of the wrist, the guitar swung around to his front, and hung from his shoulders. He snapped his left hand's fingers, manifesting a gray pick between his palm and middle digit. Alex held this hand up in the air, eccentrically, and brought it back down, fast, striking a loud chord. A7... Kinda hard on the ears. Accompanying this sound was a huge gust of wind, strong enough to blow over most normal people who don't see it coming, that incomprehensibly shot out in all directions from Alex, then all clapped back together to fill the air pocket, making a loud popping noise like a Jet Engine passing through.

Kyo stood up and Brought his arms together at his chest in a cross defensive stance, and held back the wind. The sound wasn't enough to startle him. As a martial arts expert, it was his duty to be on guard at all times.

"Fancy equipment. But I'm afraid it's not enough. Wahh-Tah!!
Kyo leapt into the air, and extended his right foot in a flying offensive kick formation, aiming right for the chest of the opponent.
"Secret Maneuver: Flying Kick of the Little Dragon!"

The kick was obvious, and exaggerated. Alex took three steps to his right, turning to walk backwards, to stay facing Kyo.

"Yelling out the names of your attacks is prolly the worst way to actually hit somebody." Alex pointed the head at Kyo, clutching the neck of his guitar, with his right hand, his left hand at the strings. The stance was like a Hunter in the forest. He took aim and waited for Kyo to attack again.

As Kyo landed, he immediately kicked off with the foot he landed on, and flew at his opponent again, bringing his right foot around again for an aerial roundhouse at Alex's upper body.

Alex had been waiting for something like this. He hit another chord. A D#. A quick white beam of light, that shot out like a tracer bullet, trained on Kyo's face. His aim was slightly off, would hit him in the left cheek, and blow out the back end of Kyo's skull, but if Kyo's reaction time was as good as Alex assumed it was, he could avoid it. Haha... bad move, he thought.

Kyo called off the attack by forcing his natural chi to bring him down, out of flight. He saw the imminent attack, and reacted in kind. As soon as he hit the ground, he had the perfect opening, and immediately dashed forward with incredible speed, for Alex was not far away from Kyo at this point at all, and unleashed his fists of fury upon the now unguarded foe. "Wahh-tah-tah-tah-tah-tah!

The guitar's recoil made it swing out of his hand, around his left shoulder multiple times. Alex had sufficiently fucked up, and had no way to defend against Kyo's attack.

As Kyo threw all one-hundred of his blinding punches, he followed up with one heavy punch to the chest, powerful enough to knock Alex back quite a bit.
Wahhhh... TAH!
"Kyouju Ryuuken is unstoppable. That is the way of the West Star. Get up. Keep fighting."
Kyo took a defensive pose, anticipating a counterattack.

Alex had the wind knocked out of him, and a bit of blood on the backside of his teeth. He was dizzy, in worlds of pain, but still conscious.

Alex hit a high note. A white and green light covered him, fully healing him of his aches and pains.

"Do-over...." Alex got up, feeling fine, but knew to be more cautious.

Kyo raised an eyebrow.
"Fine. If you're doing that, then I'll just have to fight to kill."
Kyo lunged forward, readying a punch, and threw three of them at his revitalized opponent, followed by four kicks, each successive one utilizing the momentum from the last one to attack with the opposing leg, making for fast, strong attacks.

Alex figured he probably wouldn't be able to properly fight off Kyo, at close range... So he took to the air. He shot up about 20 feet up, and hovered. Kyo didn't seem like the flying type. He sent out 4 pulse options, black orbs, that all shot straight for Kyo, to crash into his torso from different directions. They're quick, and all emited a rhythm of drums.

The orbs screamed towards Kyo. They didn't seem to have any tracking motion, and Kyo dashed away, the orbs missing their target. Kyo glanced up, and formulated a plan. He jumped forward, landed upon his palms, springboarded off them, and hit his feet. With the final springboard there, he used the momentum built up from the leaping combo to propel himself high. As he volleyed himself into the air, he spun amazingly fast, with his right foot extended in a tornado kick, heading straight for (the probably surprised) Alex.
