As you can see, spoilers don't actually hide anything except make the text colour black and put it in a box.

The way that AcmlmBoard XD does it is the best imo, hiding the stuff in a button.

If not that, then they way Kafuka/2.5 does it. You hover to see.

They weren't intended for use with images. If you need more serious hiding, use

(16 bytes collapsed: collapse) instead.

Ah, I see. That makes more sense, didn't even know there was a collapse tag if I'm honest, thought it was something you used as a CSS-hack.
