Zynk Oxhyde features two famicom games translated into English:
*KITERETSU ENCYCLOPEDIA; and, *PARASOL HENBEE These games are based on animes from the creator of Doraemon, Fujiko Fujio. However, that pen-name had actually two manga artists collaborating, namely, Fujiko Fujio A (Motoo Abiko) and Hiroshi Fujimoto (Fujiko F. Fujio). Both games were grueling to work on without any knowledge of either shows, and the fact that these are kuso-games.

Posted by Zynk Really? I thought that this particular translation was incomplete, as in, only a few percent are ready (same as with Megami Tensei II). I can be wrong though, but that's how I remember it. There aren't that many good games left to translate for the Famicom anyway, thankfully. Great job there, keep it up. |

This is definitely one of them (and possibly the advent of what I like to call 'philosophical' RPG). So yeah, there's that. I'm also hoping to see Megami Tensei II translated one day (so as to compare it with the SNES remake). One can dream. |
