I remember years ago, that DD made a SMB2 hack that had beautiful graphics and what he did was some AsM magic you coulda pic any of the four characters whenever you wanted. My question is...
Does anyone out here in the ROM Hacking community has this lost hack? I'd love to see it again and I remember it got a lot of attention. Thanks everyone who takes the time to read this thread.  ____________________ My Linktree |

I remember him releasing the patch which turned all of the cherries into coins, but I don't recall if he actually released another patch of anything else. What I remember him saying is that he "almost" got it so that you could switch players mid-way. I assume he got it to work somewhat, but the code wasn't finished. But it was so long ago that I don't remember if that is exactly what he said. It's just that I remember him saying something like "almost". But I could be wrong. As far as I know Googie, he didn't actually release anything further than the cherries-to-coins patch. ____________________ My YouTube Channel |

Why not just inquire from DD himself through e-mail or even PM? If he no longer has it, at least ask about what the patch is called. I got in contact with DD through Facebook, he lost the patch in the same incident that caused him to lose major work on MA 2. I didn't think of Wayback, lemme try it thanks...
EDIT: I just looked there, no dice. The last snapshot was in September and October of this year.
