hi there i have a snes rom that i would like to have english translated if someone on this site can and knows how i would be very happy its in jap language and would love to have it in english

Sorry, this is not really the right site or section for this sort of request. ROM hackers will not pick up a project if they don't find it interesting on its own merit; the only reasonable way you could hope to get someone interested is to make an exposé of the untranslated game that convinces someone with sufficient spare time and ability that it would be a worthwhile undertaking. Since a full-fledged translation is a significant commitment of time and effort, though, it's fairly unlikely.
