Posted by Kles You are making value judgements. Everyone would appreciate if you stopped that kind of jibberish. The only difference between the two boards is some abstract qualities. There is no way to objectively measure which one is "better" so stop trying. Just be content with "I like this place better." Most of these "immature" people go to university and work their own jobs, and some own their own places or live with girlfriends, which means bills and finances and thinking about careers and things that very few "immature" people actually do. ("Assholes," however, may possibly be accurate.) Not that it really affects the other board, but it just brings yourself down. If you want to you can make a marble monument to hating the other board, it just gives us something to laugh at. |

In whose eyes is this great "bringing down?" Yours? ||board's? You need a new argument. The "we draw humor from you" one is also old hat, but not unexpected. It's also irrefutable, so kudos for getting 1/2. However, don't forget that it works the other way around, because each groups' actions are humorous to the other group... so you're not doing anything that this group isn't also doing in return. I'd say that there is no right and wrong, no better or worse. The whole situation should just be let go as best as possible. ____________________  |

Honestly, each seperate board is probably happier without the presence of the other group anyways. I was just trying to suggest that caring too much about what happens to people you are barely affiliated with - especially on the internet, though this also applies some to real life - can be a really bad way to live. |

I gave both boards an honest and fair trial period, and to be honest I like this board much better. There seems to be more positive energy in the air here, and the seemingly random behavior makes this place funner. Anyway, I'll probably just continue to hang out around here, it's not as if there is much activity over at that other board. |

. I posted a "change to ||board" thread and all the "Acmlm's Board" stuff got changed to "||board" (for now at least).
