I suggest using the 2P B and A buttons for weapon toggle just like Rockman 4 MI. I'm using a SNES gamepad controller to play certain games rather than using SELECT with holding UP or DOWN.
I really hate playing Mega Man Paradise, controls are akward and unfamilar with the weapon usage button. |

I never really did music hacking before, because honestly I don't know jack about music. Don't know how to write it, compose it, nor do I know what all of the notes mean, etc. 
Yeah, I'm serious.
But, I started messing with the title screen music. This is more of a test. Just playing around with the notes. I kind like the jump right after the beginning, where it goes into the song. I can't wait until I can compose something totally awesome!

I'm so looking forward to getting back to this project when my MM1 Conversion is done. I'm either continuing where I left off, or porting my work over to MM1. I have so many ideas for MM1. But what I can say is that the story for my hack is mostly complete. It is so awesome, which is why I can't wait to get back to work on it.

I may be returning to this hack now. It's been a while. I have gotten some inspiration from DurfarC's hack, and a fan game I've seen. And I'd say my ASM skills have improved over the last 6 months. Ahhh this is nice! I didn't see this thread back when it was made (I was not into hacking at all for a year) - it looks really good! I especially like the most recent title screen, and the story and stage select pics clearly show that this will be something major. The stage design that I saw so far looks very interesting too. Looking forward to it! |
